Manufacturing Update July 31, 2019

Welcome everyone to that last MFG Update for July 2019. As always, we must start out with a big thank you to everyone for your support and trust.

Parts In, Parts Out.

We have a bunch of stuff back in and we also sent a bunch of stuff out. Our vendor partners are working hard for all of us so they deserve a round of applause here today too. We are getting around a 7-10 day turn around time on stuff we have been sending out to be finished and we appreciate the great quality and service on the finishes that we then complete here and send on to you guys and gals.  Teamwork!

Clear anodize, white and titanium have come back in from finish, and we sent out red, matte red, copper and black. Please see the tables below this article for details. When in doubt, just call (561.582.6171) or email us about your order, or lead times.

Low/Out of Stock Items

First will tackle the products we need to manufacture so have a look below:

2005-2007 Shifter Plates:
Shifter plates are sold out. Yes, we mentioned discontinuing those, but the old school riders are still ordering these in droves. This product won’t be returning to to the BT Vault as we originally thought and we will be making another round again in August. Thank you everyone we truly appreciate everyone for keeping the classics alive.

Coil Pack Covers:
These are sold out and the next run will be coming up in mid to late August.

The Valve Covers:
Valve covers from this manufacturing run are now sold out. We could have someone back out from their order. So please contact us if you want to be added on to a will call list. This will more than likely be the last valve cover run this year.

Hellcat Coolant Reservoir Covers:
Material is here and we had to push mfg out to the second week of August. We have had the middle machine down a couple times for minor repairs in July bumping this out a couple of weeks.

Ram, Jeep, Durango Fuse Box Covers:
We sold the last of them on July 29th. We will order material next week and have them on the machine again by mid August.

Uni-Strut Covers:
These are out of stock. We probably won’t get them on the machine again until the third week of August. We will try to move that up, but we are solidly booked on our lathes.

Power Seat Covers:
We have a few random mismatched sets and will be doing another run of them in August. Soon as we order material we will update you guys and gals.

ABS Covers:
Material is here we, but the middle machine is down, so we will resume running ABS covers again late the second week, or early the third week of August. We have to put a non-automotive job in front of these. Our apologies for the delay on ABS covers.

Sigma Series Oil Caps:
We have very low stock on these. We will make another batch in late August, or early September. We don’t have a huge demand for these, but we do receive enough orders to keep them in rotation. No one should be impacted if you have a current order in with us.

Hellcat / Demon Oil Dipsticks:
We are out of stock on those. We have a round that is partially machined and will complete them and have them back in stock again by mid August.

We may have some delays on current orders. If you ordered as part of an under hood kit will ship your pieces less the oil dipstick as we work to wrap those up.

2010-2014 Dodge Challenger Fuse Box Covers:
We sold the last of them on July 28th. Will order material next week and run them the same time we run the Ram, Jeep Durango covers.

Satin Catch Cans

All satin catch cans from July 26th through July 30th will be shipping before the end of the week. We are shipping satin catch cans in 3-5 business days or sooner and colors are always going out to finish.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Finally folks as we always mention if you see your order has come back in from outside processes please allow us 7-14 days to complete any final assembly or engraving prior to shipping. If you need it sooner contact us so we can do our best to get you moved up and shipped out.

The only exception right now is the valve covers that need designer cut. As you know, we continued the manufacturing run on coolant tank covers to make sure we had inventory moving forward. We are wrapping those up and engraving the parts that are coming back in from plating while we have the machine setup. We should be knocking out the designer cuts on the valve covers by middle to end of next week.
