Manufacturing Update July 9, 2018

Good afternoon folks and welcome the very first Manufacturing Update of July 2018. We have done 38 updates this year with todays update marking number 39! Today’s update will simply serve as a supplemental of what has gone out for color and what has come back in.

We appreciate the opportunity to be part of your ownership experience and we are very thankful for your support and trust.

Updates & Communication Information

At BT, we use these updates as a means to keep you informed, have a little fun with you at the same time . As mentioned many times, with a crew of 9 here, we all wear many hats and with the overwhelming support we are receiving each and every day this is our very best way to keep everyone in the know.

We just do not have the resources, or time, to individually email each of you, for every order. Of course we are here to answer your emails and phone calls so never hesitate to reach out to us if you ever have any questions, are confused about whats up, want to say hey, or event vent. We get it and we are here for you. Phones live M-F 6:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M. EST, visitors welcome until 4:30 P.M, chips flying until 9:00 P.M. in the evening.

Catch Cans

Many of you have been waiting on catch cans on several finishes including satin with black powder coated fittings. We are shipping many, many, MANY cans out over the coming days including a large volume today as we did go pickup our fittings from powder coat last week (Thursday when they were ready) and worked on assembling them during our maintenance days over the July 4th week last week.

Red, Clear & Blue

Tomorrow, July 10^th, we will receive Blue, Red and Clear from our anodizer. Both standard and matte finishes will be in this lot. The tables are below the article so that you may cross reference for your order.

Final Process Lead Time

Please remember if you see your order has come back in allow us up to 15 days to complete any final processes or assemblies to ship your products. If you need us to have that done sooner please reach out to us and we will do all we can to work to your schedule need by date.

Full Update Later in the Week

Will be back in a couple of days with a fresh update going over products needing manufacturing, new items and more items going out and coming back in from finish. You guys and gals once again blew our mind and just kept those orders streaming last week while we took our break for July 4th and did our semi annual maintenance.

We have already sorted those orders and have a solid game plane moving forward and will keep you posted on that in the coming updates to come this month as well as keep you all informed on prior business we are wrapping up.
