Manufacturing Update June 13th, 2018

Good afternoon folks and welcome to the latest and greatest going on here at Team BT. We are in good shape inventory wise on most every product, we are running valve covers, getting ready to put the coolant tanks on and also the coil pack covers.

Nick Billet’s Father’s Day Giveaway!

No purchase necessary so check out Nick’s pages (Instagram | Facebook) for an opportunity to win, and no it won’t be next Fathers Day until you receive it but you will receive it in a timely manner pursuant to our current work load and of course you will be able to follow along on these Manufacturing Updates the progress of your order as it moves through the manufacturing process.

Standard Black & Red

We know many of you have orders in for standard black and red and we sent a bunch of your projects out to plate today. Please have a look at the tables below. If your order has not appeared please do not be alarmed, we have another big round of each color going out for plating next week again along with more matte finishes on all colors.

Satin Catch Cans

On Friday or Monday will update the satin catch can assembly tables again so you can see where you are at in the queue. Remember if you have a satin catch can and need it shipped immediately just reach out to us and let us know. We have shipped a couple hundred satin cans this week alone and have at least that many hot on the heels.

Standard Red Catch Cans

For folks with standard red catch cans all orders up through 84575 have gone to plate today. Orders 84576 and up will be heading for plate mid to late next week. We simply do not wish to overwhelm our plater with too much product at once. This ensures quality runs on plate each and every single time. Bringing you a superior product is important to all of us including our vendor partners.

Standard Black Catch Cans

For folks with standard black catch cans all orders up through 84684 are covered and out to plate. Orders 84685 and up will be heading for plate mid to late next week. Same situation as the red above, this is to control the lot size and ensure you receive a superior finished product. Above and beyond everything else it is important to our crew that we delivery wow every time you open the box.

Lead Times: Final Assembly/Processes

Folks please remember due to the extreme work load we have going on right now please allow out team up to 15 days to complete any final assembly or additional processes to complete your order once the items come back in from color or polish.

Remember too, if you get the voice mail during our normal phone hours of operations (6:00 A.M. EST until 3:30 P.M. EST) we are either in the shop or on the phone with other clients. Please leave those digits for us to call you back. With only 9 of us here we all wear many hats and our goal is to always be available to you timely and answer your questions. Sometimes information we relay may disappoint you, but please always know we are working hard for you.
