Manufacturing Update June 4, 2020

Good afternoon family. As always our sincerest thank you for all your support, and trust. Today’s update will be brief, with some general info, and letting you know what has come back in, and gone out, for finish.

Billet Technology: How Do I Pay For My Order

Colors In, Matte Black Out

Today we received the batches of titanium, clear and purple anodize back from our plater. All batches received included both standard and matte finishes. The team as already begun separating, and moving the parts into final processes.

We sent out a big batch of matte black anodize today. Rick, our plater, has been killing it, getting your parts completed with those flawless finishes.

Standard Red is on Deck

We do have a bunch of standard red anodize that we are finishing bundling up which did not get out today. However, we will have that batch out by the middle of next week. So if you have an order in here for standard red, then chances are very good it’s going out next. Just email or call us (561.582.6171) to confirm.

Lead Time for Final Processes

If you see your order has come back from finish, please allow us 7-14 days to complete any final processes.

What’s a “final process”? Final processes are items such as assembly, engraving, quality control inspection, designer cuts process, packaging, etc prior to shipping your parts.

Satin Machine Finish Catch Cans

As is always the case, satin machine finish catch cans ship within 3-7 days from ordering. If you need us to ship next day just put that in the order comments. If you call in to talk to one of our BT Team members let them know on the phone, and will take care of that right away for you.

Valve Covers

Valve Covers are on the machine. Thank you all for the wonderful response on this the final run. We will be retiring them to the BT Vault once this round is machined complete.

It’s been a great ride, and we appreciate everyone’s orders through the years. Thank you for the support.

We have a couple that are still available to order. So if you want a set now is the time. After we ship the current orders, we will let you all know if there are any sets left.
