Manufacturing Update March 16, 2020

Good afternoon folks, and welcome. First, and even more so during these uncertain times, our team thanks you for your support, and most importantly your trust. We value your business, and do not take you guys, and gals, for granted.

Will get started and keep it brief.

CoronaVirus Update

Due to the present National Emergency with the CoronaVirus we are suspending visitor, local pickup, and suspending requests for tours for the next 30 days. If you have a pickup request scheduled we will package, and ship your product at no charge to you on the shipping. Thank you for your understanding.

Colors will be on the 20 business day lead-time maybe sooner, or longer, depending on our vendor partners. Their work loads, and the current situation with the Corona Virus, and how it may impact employees of the vendor partners we work with.

Our team will keep you up to speed if we see any delays, or impacts as it relates to material delivery or outside services.

Colors In, Colors Out

Today we received back the batch of purple and matte purple. We sent out batches of matte red, orange and matte orange.

We are in the process of gathering a large round of black anodize to send to plating, and as soon as we get the thumbs up to send that batch out will give you guys a heads up.

Inventory Status

All products on the website are up to date. You can find that information in inventory status in the availability section of each products page.

We are in very good shape with plenty of satin machined finished products on hand.

Coolant Tank Cover

The only product we are very low stock on is the big coolant tank cover. We have four left as of today’s update, and we anticipate a sellout here sometime this week on that product.

We will keep you guys, and gals, updated on when we do sell out, and rest assured we will be doing another manufacturing run in early April to replenish inventory.

All coolant tank covers orders by noon today (March 16th are covered).

Catch Cans

Satin catch cans continue to ship within 3-7 days. If you see your order in ready to ship status that’s exactly what’s up. We are wrapping up assembly, and releasing into packaging now.

BT Vault Interior Items

Interior items from the Billet Tech vault in satin machine finish will begin shipping this week. We will start to send the colors out later this week, early next week, to be plated, and powder coated, as needed.

Chrysler 300 Wing

For those of you who have been patiently waiting on us to manufacture the big Chrysler 300 Wing thank you for hanging in there. Those are off the machine now, and will be going to finishes later this week.

Please accept our apology for such a lengthy delay. We did have a dealer partner who committed to 10 units early on, and had an unforeseen situation come up, and had to cancel his PO. We love that piece so much, we just kept it up hoping we could get back to the magic number, and we did. Our company is different we do not take any prepayments on group buys and you only paid up front if you paid via Paypal otherwise no dollars have changed hand not even the 30% deposit.

Those of you who ordered, you will definitely not be disappointed. This wing is unlike anything in the aftermarket; no bending to fit the trunk area just a perfectly machined concave to fit flush.

We may have one or two extras. We will put them up, and let you know when we ship all current business out first. When in doubt just give us a call.
