Manufacturing Update March 4, 2020

Good afternoon everyone. Welcome to the first MFG Update for March 2020. The first quarter of 2020 is quickly approaching its end. Daylight Savings time is returning this weekend, and we are literally around the corner from our friends in the north getting those sleds out of storage for spring, and summer fun.

As is always the case, we must thank all of you for the support, and trust. It’s been an amazing start to 2020 and record breaking. We appreciate those of you doing your due diligence prior to placing an order, viewing our MFG Updates, and getting informed, and we also appreciate our loyal client base for checking in regularly to see what’s coming, and going here in the shop. We have a couple stock statues to let you know about right off the bat, so let’s dig in.

Stock Statues

Coolant Tank Covers

All coolant tanks ordered through February 24th are completed. Satin machine finish your covers should have shipped or the covers are in shipping now (we have several that went into shipping today that Andrea will be packing up to go out), and all colors have now gone for finishes.

We will provide a color table for all back orders on Friday’s Update so hang tight.

If you ordered a color or polished coolant tank on or before February 24th you are now at finish.

We took a lot of orders on this product during our leap year promo on Saturday, February 29th. All covers ordered from February 25th through the 29th will update you on status of those March 6th (Friday).

We may have sold out again, but no worries, we will pop them back on in April. We have to run valve covers first, and put a couple quick jobs on the end Mazak, then we will be back on coolant tank covers again.

3MM Wheel Spacers

3MM Wheel Spacers are shipping again. Backorders on those the paperwork is in with Alex to ship today, and your tracking details will be in your inboxes tomorrow morning. Thank you all again.

We are shipping 3mm spacers the next business morning when you order now.  

Catch Cans

Catch cans that came back in colors for yellow, titanium, matte red, and some purple: we ran out of black fittings on Monday afternoon (you guys and gals are killing it on the can orders thank you).

Our powder coater delivered more fittings this morning, and we will get those folks that came back in shipped out within the day. So be on the look out for your tracking information to hit your inboxes NLT Friday morning.

Same with Satin catch cans, we will have all the satin cans with black powder coated fittings shipped out by Friday morning if you placed your order late last week, and through close of business today.

Satin catch cans are shipping within 1-5 business days from the day you place your order.

Matte Black is Back! White and Redline Red is Out.

We received the matte black batch back, and sent some white out today to be powder coated. The red line red pearl is now out for all the folks that have been patiently waiting for that color to be completed. Most are from the People’s Sale, and December business, but we do have some folks who ordered in early February, before we removed the factory colors from the site.

We will be relaunching factory colors this month. Please stay tuned for that announcement here on the updates, and on our social media pages. Thank you all again truly, we appreciate you so much.

Full Stock Status Update on Friday

Stock statuses will be updated on Friday. We are in good shape on most every product, and are continually building items to go to plating, and powder coating each week.

Satin machined finished parts engraved ship in approximately two weeks. If you order your satin pieces with no engraving, they usually will ship within two business days as we keep most of our raw satin pieces in stock in blanks.

The only exception would be if we are out of stock on something and we pretty much keep that information on our updates here. When in doubt please do call (561.582.6171) or email us.
