Manufacturing Update May 13, 2020

Good afternoon family. We are nearly through the middle of May. We want each and every one of you, who are taking the time to read this, to know how extremely grateful, and humbled, we are for the support you have shown our team during these difficult times.

As we mentioned over two months ago we would be here with you from start to finish. So, much thanks for the opportunities you continue to provide to our team to help make it “Your Ride Your Vision”.

Color Batches Sent Out

Today we have quite a bit of stuff heading out for titanium, matte titanium, blue, matte blue, along with more purple, and matte purple anodize.

Take a look at the tables below to see if your order has gone out. When in doubt or if you think we missed something do reach out to us so we can provide you with one on one assistance.

Remade Purple Parts

Speaking of the purple, we made mention on the May 6th update that some of the items in that purple batch would need to be remade. The matte purple was fine. Nick Billet sent an email to all customers who had parts that were affected.

Stock Status & BT Vault Items

Stock Status we are in good shape on everything. As many of you who are regulars to our updates know we brought back the old BT Vault interior pieces and that limited time offering of those items was a great success.

We kept the limited buy open until May 4th, and closed the products down on May 5th.

Everyone who placed an order by that deadline your order is being filled.

We are out of stock on the following items, so please be mindful we will have some delays shipping, satin machine finish, or sending these products to color. We also have listed an ETA on when we plan to manufacture them:

• Cup Holder Bezels for Challengers
  – Next MFG Run week of May 31st. This product is staying in rotation.
• Headlight Knob
  – Next MFG Run week of May 31st
• Mirror Control Bezel kit
  – Next MFG Run week of May 31st. This applies to complete window switch kit too.
• Window Switch Kit
  – Next MFG Run Week of May 31st.

These dates may move in by a week or slip. We are very very busy right now with a mixture of BT parts, and our job shop work. We are doing our best to stagger our work, and social distance the crew between two working shifts. We appreciate all of you for your support.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping within 3-7 business days or ordering. We have plenty or stock.

If you need us to ship asap just let one of our teammates know if you are ordering by phone and we will get you moved up in the assembly queue. Same if you order online just drop a note in the comments section and we will handle that for you.

Copper is Back Tomorrow | Lead Time for Final Processes

Family remember if you see your order has come back, please allow us a couple of days to get the stand alone catch can orders assembled and shipped. In this case the copper, in all finishes, will be here tomorrow (May 14th).

If you have multiple parts on order that require engraving, designer cutting etc., please allow us 7-14 days to complete the processes, and ship your parts. When in doubt call (561.582.6171) or email us.

PayPal is Instant

A friendly reminder that if you are paying via Paypal the payment is instant.

This is not our policy it’s automatic through Paypal.

We cannot control this.

If you are uncomfortable with us holding your funds until we are ready to ship your order, please reach out to us.

We will drop the coins back in to your account, and bill you when we are ready to ship.

Pursuant to our Payment Terms we will hold your order for 5 days. If we do not receive payment within 5 days we release the products back into inventory to fill the next order(s) in line.

Credit Card Payments

Also please be aware, if you paid via credit card your order may be subject to a 30% deposit to begin work. That deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel prior to us shipping your order.

If you have a custom order, and we have started work only the product part is refundable the customized portion IS NOT.

When deposits are charged our team sends a reminder notice via email with links on what to expect during the process leading up to us shipping your order.

We have suspended visitor pickup and visitor tours until June 1st. We will re-evaluate our decision to allow local pickup, and visits again the first week of June.

If you are local and asked to be able to pickup, we are shipping your items to you free of charge.
