Manufacturing Update May 27, 2020

Good afternoon everyone. As always our sincerest thanks for all the support, and trust. If you’re an old timer here, welcome back; if you are doing some due diligence prior to placing an order, thank you for stopping in, and if you are new customer welcome to the family we are glad you are here.

Many Batches Back

We have received quite a bit of parts back from plating today, starting with the blue, matte blue, polish, yellow, racing red metallic, and the white will be back tomorrow (May 28th).

Take a look at the tables, below the article, to see if your order has come back in. If it has, please allow us a few days to get it all sorted, into assembly on the catch cans, as well as get any other parts out into the shop to wrap up final processes (engraving) prior to shipping.

If you need us to move ya up, and get it out quick, just email or call us (561.582.6171) with your order number, and we will get you handled, and shipped.

Black, Black, and More Black

We sent a large round of standard black anodize to plating today, and friends this is only half of it! We are breaking it up into two batches.

Within the next week we will have another huge batch of black going out for plating.

Don’t panic if you do not see your order on this round. When in doubt just email or call us (561.582.6171) we are here to help.

Color Batches on Deck

Other than sending out another round of black anodize, we do have matte black and a huge batch of matte red being bundled up to head out for plating.

We are shooting to get those batches out on Friday. If not Friday, then Monday for sure. Stay tuned to the updates as we literally are days away from getting even more stuff out.

Stock Status Updates

We do have some stock status information to report on as well:

3MM Spacers

We sold out on Monday, May 25th. Next manufacturing run will be the week of June 8th.

ABS Covers

We sold out over the weekend. We have material here, and are manufacturing ABS Covers right now.

Delivery on satin will start again in early June, colors all through June.

“Devo” Style Strut Covers

“Devo” strut covers, we sold out over the Memorial Day weekend. Material will be ordered late next week.

Our plan is to get them on the lathe late the week of June 8th, but that may push in to the following week. We will keep you guys posted.

Fuse Box Covers

Fuse box covers for 2008-2020 Charger, Challenger and 300 we sold out over the Memorial Day weekend.

Material is here, we are waiting for a machine to open up, then we will get those run off.

We will have them on a machine most definitely next week, but we are trying to get them on and running before the end of this week yet.

Satin machine finish will ship early June. Color will start to go out the second week of June, with shipping on color and polish third week of June until backorders are filled.

Trackhawk Coolant Cap Covers

Trackhawk Coolant Caps are on the machine now. Satin machine finish shipping next week, with colors starting to go to finish late next week, and all color and polished caps shipping late June until all backorders filled.

Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are running every day here, we never stop.

We sold out of Z brackets over the holiday weekend, but no worries we have material, and are running them now.

Satin Catch cans with z brackets will start to ship again starting early next week.

All satin catch cans (in general) are shipping within 3-7 business days from when you place your order.

Need us to send your product the next day after you order it? Just let us know in the order comments, and we will get it handled for you if you are self checking out. If you call in and place your order over the phone, just let one of the friendly BT crew members who assists you know and it shall be done.

Colors go out weekly for for finish, so please be sure to stay tuned to the updates, or call in for an ETA when your can will be heading for color if you purchased a color or polished can.

BT Vault Interior Items

We are running the items that sold out on the old school interior sets that you guys and gals placed prior to us retiring them back to the BT Vault earlier this month.

The following are running now with satin machine finish orders shipping next week, and colors going out for finish next week too. Any color items we will be shipping the remainder of those orders in June:

• Headlight knobs on the machine now
• Mirror control knob and bezel on the machine now
• Power Seat kits on the machine now
• Window switch kits on the machine now.

PayPal

Folks just a friendly remainder again if you are paying with PayPal that transaction is instant. This is not our policy its PayPal’s.

If you are not comfortable with us holding your funds until we ship you can pay with a credit card (the card is only preauthorized), or call us to make other arrangements.

If you dispute your PayPal charge prior to us shipping your product we will immediately cancel your order.

Our payment terms are clearly laid out on your invoice copy you receive when you checked out, and received the email with all those helpful links, as well as on the “Thank Your Page” when you self checked out too.

We are here to help you any way we can including payments, so do reach out via email or call (561.582.6171), and our team will accommodate you any way we possibly can.

Shop Visitors & Pickups

Just a heads up, and we mentioned this last week, June 1st we will once again welcome local inside pickup, and tours. The team here looks forward to welcoming back our regulars, and welcoming new customers again next week.

We continue to deep clean our facility daily, and we are taking every precaution to ensure the health of our team, and ensure your health, and safety, when we resume local pickups next week.

Thank You

A major thank you again, the support you have shown our team and crew since the pandemic started in full mid March. It has been incredible, and we are so humbled.

These have been some of our busiest months on record here, and we have you to thank for this. Please know your BT Team is working hard without compromising the health of our team.

We want to thank our supplier partners, be it hardware, tooling, material, as well as the plating and powder coating folks who have been working so hard for you and for us. We are all grateful to have jobs and work.
