Manufacturing Update May 6, 2019

Good afternoon everyone, we have a supplemental update for you to let you know what has gone out for finish. We will be getting back a bunch of anodize and powder coating this week so stay tuned to the updates or when in doubt just give us a call (561.582.6171) or email us.

Matte Red

Most all of the old matte red on catch cans is now out as of Thursday of last week, and this matte red batch not only covers some ancient orders from earlier in the year, but orders all the way through April 30th. Family, we appreciate everyone of you, and thank you for all the support.

Purple

The oldest finish again is purple and we are either going to purple not only with catch cans tomorrow but plenty of other products as well.

The Lemon will Leave Shortly

If you have been following along with our updates you know the machine we took delivery of in January has been “lemoned.” That piece will be removed from the facility any day now and the new piece that is taking its place will arrive at the same time to ensure we have as little disruption as possible.

Catch Can Stock

As you are all aware that put our catch can production in the first quarter way deep in the hole especially after such a huge holiday. We had to move a bunch of things around to get out of that jam. The good news is we have plenty of cans again, all back orders are at plate or going to plate this week. Our supplier partners for finish are doing wonderful for us, getting these items turned around quickly.

Satin Catch Cans

We have a whole bunch fo black fittings back in from powder coating and will have all satin cans through April 25th out the door in the next 7 days or sooner. All cans ordered as current business we will ship your satin can within 7-14 days.

Remember if you need your satin can shipped within 24-48 hours please let us know, and we will get that handled immediately. Simply mention it to us if you are calling in your order over the phone, or write it in the comments section when you check out online.

PayPal Reminder

Friends, just a friendly reminder that if you chose Paypal as your preferred way to pay when placing an online order, the payment is instant. The instant payment is not something we control. If at anytime you are not comfortable with us holding your funds while we complete your order reach out to us, and we will refund your payment, and rebill you on the day we are ready to ship.

Did you get the voicemail? Help us help you by leaving those call back digits for us. With a small crew wearing many hats we may be in the shop, helping other customers on the other lines, or out grabbing parts or material. We need your help there so please once more leave that call back number.

We are human and can miss stuff, its not intentional, and we do go through the spam boxes on a regular basis. Sometimes we delete email in those spam, or junk boxes, that was a legit email, and it’s gone then. Just call us so we can help.
