Manufacturing Update November 1, 2021

Good afternoon friends and family. Welcome to November and the homestretch of 2021. As always you humble us with your amazing support, and most importantly the trust you continually place in our team.

These past 18 months have been very trying for all of us, and as we promised back in March 2020 we would be there with you and for you. Our “mandate” to you, our awesome BT Nation, will be transparency, clear communication, and the best product in the aftermarket period.

We will continue to pay in what has been so generously given to us. These coming weeks are going to be a lot of fun so stay tuned.

We are going to keep it short and sweet today folks. We are extremely busy replenishing and building inventory for the coming holiday season, and working hard to get all back business completed and out the door to all of you.

Colors In, Colors Out

Since we last visited with you on October 22nd we sent out batches of Titanium, Destroyer Grey, and Racing Red Metallic. We sent another round of Black Anodize out and it’s already back in the shop. We have received the batches of Orange and Purple (both standard and matte finishes) back in as well.

B5 Blue is BACK!

We have finally received the batch of B5 Blue back from August 6th. We jumped on the batch of B5 first, because we have some very OLD orders in there that we are as anxious to get to you, as you are to get them.

Time Table for Color Matched Batches

We will be seeing the following factory color match finishes back in here within the next week to 10 days:

• Plum Crazy is completed and on the way back to us from our vendor partner in California. Should be back at the BT HQ NLT November 8th.
• F8 Green will be back at our facility the week of November 8th
• Destroyer Grey will be back at our facility the week of November 8th
• Redline Red will be back at our facility the week of November 8th
• TorRed will be back at our facility the week of November 8th
• Octane Red will be back at our facility the week of November 8th

Color Batches On Deck

The following finishes are on deck and will be going out in the next week to 10 days:

• Standard Red Anodize
• Smoke Show
• B5 Blue
• Indigo Blue (going out later this week)

Manufacturing Runs Completed

As mentioned in the opening paragraph, we are busy getting inventory replenished. The following products are manufactured and starting to ship in satin machine finish now. Colors will be heading out and shipping through November.

• Trackhawk and Durango Hellcat Supercharger Coolant Reservoir Cover
• 3MM Spacers (all back orders will be shipped by 11.04)
• Ram, Jeep, and Durango Fuse Box Covers machined and starting to ship.
• Hellcat Water Necks are also coming off the machine and starting to ship in satin later thi week.

Manufacturing Runs On Deck

The following products material is coming this week and these items will be going on the CNC’s asap

• PCV Covers / Hellcat Bypass Valve Cover
• Throttle Body Covers
  – (all years. Last and final run for 05-12 models they will be retired after this run).
• Uni-Strut Covers
• ABS Covers.
• Coolant Reservoir Cover

When in doubt on the inventory status for any product, just reach out to us and we can confirm stock status. Remember all items are kept in satin machine finish blanks and sent out for colors and polish in batches. Satin machine finish, as long as we have stock, usually ships within 10-15 days from order placement.

Satin Machine Finish Catch Cans

Satin machine finish catch cans are shipping within 7 days from date ordered. We have plenty of cans and have both z brackets and Hellcat brackets on the machine now to keep feeding the beast. Jeep/Durango 392, 5.7L and 3.6L Pentastar catch cans are shipping within 3-5 days from ordering.

Engrave Queue Bottlenecks

Folks the team have worked out the bottlenecks in the engrave queue! We are back on point, shipping your orders out within 7-14 days from the time they return from finishes.

If you see your order status has moved to “pending to ship” status please allow 3-4 days for us to have your orders in to Andrea to package and ship to you. If you see your order status has moved to “ready to ship” status the lovely Andrea is wrapping your parts like your finest China. Look for tracking details to hit your inbox within 24 hours.
