MFG / Post Peoples Sale Update Nov. 21, 2022

Good afternoon everyone. As always, Team BT thanks each and every one of you who diligently tune in to our updates each week. We appreciate you, we appreciate your support and we absolutely without question appreciate the trust you place in our crew.

Today’s update will be a combination Manufacturing Update, letting you know what has come back in and gone out for finishes, and a Post People’s Sale Update. Pull up a chair, and grab a beverage so we can get you up to speed.

Colors In

First, yes we had orders batches back in from purple and matte purple as well as polish. Take a look at the tables below to see what has come back in.

We will be shipping as much as possible here today, tomorrow and Wednesday morning prior to breaking for the Thanksgiving weekend holiday.

Colors Out

We sent out standard red anodize, orange and matte orange anodize, clear anodize as well as titanium and matte titanium anodize. Check the tables below to find if your order has gone out for these particular finishes.

Inventory Update

We will have a complete Inventory Update by December 1st. As you can imagine, we did sell out of some things, but for the most part, after a general review we are in good shape!!

Now lets get in to the Post People’s Sale Update!

The People’s Sale 2022

The 2022 People’s Sale has wrapped up and what an event it was. We always have a lot of fun with this event, be it the free wheel of winning spins, the veteran giveaways, or just the overall feel good paying it forward each and every year.

What was extremely humbling were the emails and order comments that came in, as well as the people who called in to order, and thanked us for doing this each year.

This is why we do it. It’s always been so much more than the bling in the box. It is the connections made beyond the cars with you guys and gals that resonate long after the sale is over. We are not able to do what we do without your support and trust. This is ABSOLUTE.

Holiday Delivery Requests

We had very few holiday delivery requests this year. The general consensus from the customers we spoke to was universal: “I am in no rush, please let someone who needs the parts as a holiday gift skip in front of me.”

Karma and good will always pay a visit this time of year, and it’s alive and well with our customers and friends. We saw it on full display during the Instagram live Veteran Giveaways on Thursday and Friday. Thank you BT family.

As a reminder you have until December 1st to put in a holiday delivery request. We cannot promise or guarantee a holiday deliver, especially on the factory color match paint.

However, we should be good to go on most of the anodize and polished parts. Powder coated parts, we will try our best to meet those holiday requests.

Custom Orders

We have sorted through all the orders and catalogued the custom orders for Nick Billet. Based on voicemails and emails that came in for personalized help, we have over 50 orders that we will be adding to that list in the coming days.

When in doubt about your custom order please call us. We received in a huge number of emails over the past week. We are not immune to mistakes so call us if or when in doubt there.

Returning Emails & Phone Calls

The team is still answering emails and returning phone calls from the sale. We will get to you, please be patient, we will get in touch with you. We should have returned every phone call and every email by noon on Wednesday, November 23rd, when we break for Thanksgiving.

Payment Terms

Now is also the time to put up a friendly reminder about our Payment Terms. Please click the link (billettechnology.net/bt/order-information/how-do-i-pay-for-my-order/) for a refresh.

Starting Monday, November 28th you will be receiving an email from our own Alex C., confirming your order, the payment status and a link to the Manufacturing Updates Section (where you can follow along when orders go out and come back from finishes).

FYI: All satin machine finished orders never make the updates as we usually ship those orders within 2 weeks.

Holiday Schedule

Folks please keep in mind, and as we discussed in The People’s Sale articles, many of our supplier partners take time off to be with family and friends during the holiday season. Team BT is no different. Quality time with our families and friends can never be recaptured. Every day is precious no more so than during the holiday season.

With that said please bare in mind that no outside services such as anodize, polish, powder coating or painting will be taking place during the following time frames:

• Wednesday, November 23rd through Sunday November 27th
• Wednesday, December 21st through Monday, January 2nd.

Essentially we will be loosing 3 plus weeks of outside services due to holiday down time.

Team BT will be posting our own holiday schedules as we come up on the dates above and tentatively posted our Thanksgiving/Christmas/New Years schedule in The People’s Sale articles.

Tomorrow afternoon we will be releasing our Thanksgiving break schedule with some fun surprises. So please be sure to check back on the website and our social media feeds tomorrow.
