Manufacturing Update November 22, 2021

Good afternoon everyone, and welcome to Thanksgiving week here in the good old USA. Very brief update today on what has gone out for finishes, what’s still out, as well as a brief inventory update. We have started to plan our material buys, after our big People’s Sale a week and a half ago, so we can knock all those orders out.

Colors Out

We sent out batches of Indigo Blue, and Matte Red for color. We should see a quick turn around on the Matte Red. The Indigo Blue will take a bit longer as it has a multistep process. Please see the tables below this article for more details.

The purple anodize and matte purple will head to plating on Monday, November 29th.  

Batches Still Out

The following batches are still out for color. As of the writing of this update, we expect to see these batches by the end of next week. Please keep an eye on our updates for the latest information.

• Octane Red
• Destroyer Grey
• Smokeshow
• Redline Red
• Racing Red Metallic (2 batches)
• White Powder Coat
• Yellow Powder Coat

Holiday Delivery

As many of you could probably guess fuse box covers, catch cans, hood shock covers, pcv covers, catch cans and under hood caps were big sellers during our annual People’s Sale. Anyone who requested a holiday delivery, including paint match, we should have you all covered, with something (if not everything) to go under the tree.

Satin Catch Cans

All satin catch cans ordered during The People’s Sale have shipped with the exception of some orders with black powder coated fittings. We have 1,000 sets out at powder coating now, and as soon as those come back, we will get those out the door. Those cans are ready to go, minus the fittings.

We do not expect to see those in before the Thanksgiving Break as our powder coating partner will be closed Wednesday to Friday of this week and returning on Monday, November 29th. We should see those fittings back next week.

All satin catch cans with the exception of the black fittings are shipping within 3-7 business days. Once we have those black fittings in we will resume shipping within that time frame.

PCV Covers

PCV Covers as mentioned were a big big seller during our sale, and are one of our top sellers all year. We are machining them now and will have stock on the shelf later today in satin machine finish. This will be the final run for the 2005 to 2010 model years as we don’t sell many of those anymore. Order now if you have a vehicle that falls in between those years before we retire the product to the BT Vault.  

Colors and polish on PCV Covers will start heading out again next week after Thanksgiving.

ABS Covers

ABS Covers will be back on the shelf in satin machine finish late next week with colors starting to go out in early December. Holiday requests will have top priority.

Fuse Box Covers

We sold out of all the 300, Charger, and Challenger versions during the sale. We have ordered material which will arrive in several drops, starting next week (first material delivery will be November 29th).

Colors and polish will start to head out for finish the second week of December.

Full Inventory Next Wednesday

We will do a full inventory count and have a table up on our next MFG Update that will launch on Wednesday, December 1st. As always if you need one on one help with anything at all please do not hesitate to reach out to us via phone (561.582.6171) or email.

Thanksgiving Schedule

As a friendly reminder your BT Team is working late into the night this evening, last chips will be around midnight eastern. We will be back again tomorrow at 5:00 A.M. with shipping ongoing and chips flying until 12:00 P.M. tomorrow afternoon.

Our shop will be closing at that time for the remainder of Thanksgiving week to gather with our friends and loved ones for the holiday.
