Manufacturing Update November 6, 2020

Good afternoon family. Welcome to the first Manufacturing Update for November 2020. As always, we start by thanking each of you for your support, and trust.

2020 has been a hard year for all of us, and we remain grateful, and humbled, that you have kept us so busy this year, and stood by us when our shop went down hard with covid in late July (and most of August). Thank you all for being the best customers ever!

Matte Red is Back!

Today we are happy to let you know that matte red is back in from plating. We have started on that batch, getting those catch cans assembled, and under hood items engraved, so we can get these parts shipped to you guys and gals.

This was the oldest batch of outstanding color, and we are giving it a high priority. We should have everyone shipped on these returned orders next week.

Orders are Shipping Daily

We are wrapping up the shipping on the batches of: jazz blue, octane red, orange, matte orange, red and black that came back in from color last week. We also have a few items in white, lime green, and yellow that we had to wrap up from the batches that have come in over the past couple of weeks.

Satin Catch Cans

All satin catch cans through November 2nd have shipped, and are on the way to your doorsteps.

All orders from November 3rd to present are in assembly, and will be going to the lovely Andrea for packaging Monday afternoon.

Satin catch cans are shipping within 7 business days from ordering, or sooner.

As always, if you need us to ship your satin machine finished can the next business day after you order it, just let us know. If you are placing your order on the phone with one our our friendly BT reps, tell us, and we will take care of it for you.

Placing your order online? Be sure to leave us a note in the order comments section, and when we batch the orders the next morning we will pull all those requests, and get your item off to you.

Stock Statuses

Inventory wise we are in good shape.

We are only out of stock on Devo style strut covers (material is here will get them on a machine the week of November 16th).

Sigmas Series oil dispsticks are sold out. We will get those run before the end of the month.

Coolant Tank Covers

We have very good news! Yes the big coolant tank covers are shipping again.

All satin machine finished covers are in shipping right now, and will be out the door to you guys and gals Monday, November 9th.

We do have two satin machine finished covers, with custom engraving on them, and those will go out in about a week give, or take.

Please check the tables below for your order if you have a cover which was ordered in racing red, clear anodize, red, titanium, or matte titanium. Those orders are heading to color as well, as red anodize, on several of the coolant tanks.

We will get these back in quickly, and get any custom engravings done immediately, and shipped this month.

All coolant tank covers, in any color, will be out for finish by next week. We have inventory moving forward again.

Coil Pack Covers

Coil pack covers in satin machine finish are also shipping again and colors started to go out for finish today.
