Manufacturing Update October 5, 2018

Good afternoon family and welcome to October and the 4th quarter of 2018. Crazy, it seems we were just welcoming the new year, and here we are coming into the very best time of the year. This is the 58th MFG Update for 2018, and we are hopping because of you, our amazing customers. Thank you never seems enough for all the love, support and trust you show our company and our people.

Today will serve as a supplemental of sorts of what we got back and what we sent out and will update you on some of the products that we have been out of stock on that we are running now.

Satin Catch Cans

As is always the case satin catch cans continue to run daily and we are at capacity (1k units plus per month). That will change as we await the arrival of our new CNC turning center. We are busy prepping our shop and rearranging here to better organize and better meet demand. More good stuff is coming in 2019 so stay tuned.

As always if you need us to expedite your satin can and ship it within 24-48 hours after you placed your order please do call (561.582.6171) or email us so we can get that handled. Due to the sheer volume of cans that we produce, as well as the numerous options (brackets, fitting sizes, etc) we do have product in stock. However that stock stays in continual assembly, keeping up with demand.

Out of Stock Items Currently in Production

The follow products that have been out of stock for about a month are now on the machines and running:

• ABS Covers
• EGR Deletes
• Water Necks for 5.7L, 6.1L and 6.4L Hemis
• Uni-Strut Covers
• ”Devo” Style strut covers
  (aka the strut covers TeamBT made and gave many to Mopar for free)
• Brake Fluid Caps back in stock

Out of Stock Items Production ETA

Hellcat and Demon Water Necks (thermostat housing) will be on the machine again late the week of October 15th.

All other products we are in good shape on heading into the final push of 2018.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Folks as always please remember if you see your product has come back in from outside services allow us 7-14 days to complete any final processes such as assembly or engraving. If you feel that time frame will interfere with an event you may be attending please give us a call so we can work to complete your order within the time frame you need by. Same with any order you are placing new if you have an event you will be attending please let us know so we too can work towards that time frame you need by.

We understand you have choices and we are extremely thankful and grateful you choose to become part of the BT Family. Many who visit our site and these updates are doing research and or just browsing. We too welcome you and hope to earn your business and trust one day in the future.

Lone Star Mopar Fest

Finally next week is Lone Star Mopar Fest! Team BT will be wheels up to Houston Texas on Wednesday, October 10th for the  fall finale!

Team BT will be attending the block party hosted by our great friends DV Werx on Thursday, October 11th from 6:00 P.M. CST until 9:00 P.M.  As always, we will be joining the SCLX crew at the Hemi Hideout Friday afternoon. Finally the big event where Team BT, a long time “friends of the LSMF”, will be stoked to gather with you, our fellow enthusiasts. We are looking forward to a great time creating great memories.

No gimmicks at LSMF, just well run fun for the entire family. Team BT hopes to see you there!

While members of our team will be in Houston the shop will remain open for normal business. Alex will be the man in the office from 11:00 A.M. EST October 10th through Monday, October 15th. We have very active phone traffic so please if you do get the voice mail be sure to leave that call back number for him because if you call during office hours (6:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M EST) and get that voice mail message he will be on the other line helping another caller.

We do not place current calls on hold as a courtesy in order that we can finish helping that caller. Repeated dialings won’t change that so please help us help you by leaving a clear message. We do return calls just as we return the emails just allow us the time do. Thank you all again so much.

Updates Next Week

Will do our best to push another update out next week even traveling as the staff that handles the updates will be in Texas but we do check in several times per day with the shop to see whats coming and going therefore, even if its a brief update of whats gone out and come back will get the information out to you. Expect the next major MFG Update to launch again the week fo October 15th.
