Manufacturing Update September 24, 2021

Good afternoon everyone. It’s Friday. It’s update time. This is the last update for September, as well as the last update of the 3rd quarter of 2021. Where has the time gone?

We are coming up on the “fun months”, the 4th quarter, and you will definitely want to be tuned in to our website and our social channels (Facebook | Instagram) for all the good stuff we have planned for all of you the last 90 days of the year. As always Team BT appreciates your support, and the trust you place in our team. We never take that for granted.

Pull up a chair and read on as to what’s been happening since we visited with you last. If there is anything that you are not sure about, or need one on one help with, just pick up the phone and give us a call.

Hellcat Dipstick

First the good news. Those of you with a Hellcat Dipstick on order we have been able to get another shipment secured (supply chain issues all over) of the factory sticks. So we will be getting those out the door to you in the coming week to 10 days.

We have shipped a lot of your orders already as partials, with only the oil dipstick remaining to go out to complete your orders. We will have our shipment in early next week, and then attach ours on to the inlet stick and have them on the way to you guys and gals.

We should be covered through early November on new business moving forward and have notified our supplier when they get another round in we will take as many as they can spare.

Team BT COVID Update

More good news! If you tuned in last week, or saw the “mini update” we posted to our Facebook page on Wednesday, you will know that half our crew went down with Covid again. About a year to the day since the first wave hit us.

This time it’s not nearly as bad. Our affected teammates are recovering quickly, and the shop will be back to all 10 of us again on Monday.

Thank you all for the well wishes. We received many emails and calls last weekend when we broke the news on last Friday’s update. We appreciate you guys very much for thinking of us.

Jazz Blue, B5 Blue & Plum Crazy

Good news in threes! The Jazz Blue is done and in route to us from the team at CCF in California. The B5 Blue is wrapping up there now and will be shipping next week by midweek. The Plum Crazy Purple will follow a few days later.

Once those finishes come in, we will get on them ASAP. We know a lot of those orders are old, and we need to finish them up for you guys.

The team at CCF is amazing. Rick and his staff are working though a lot of challenges, without compromising quality.

Colors In

We received the batch of redline red back in this week. The racing red metallic is scheduled to be back on Monday.

Colors Out

We have sent out a lot of orders to be finished this week. Red, and black anodize, lime green metallic powder coat, and sublime factory color match batches all went out.

They are with our amazing vendor partners who are doing what they do best, enhancing our already show quality satin machine finished items, to really make them stand out.

Take a look at the tables below to see if your order has gone out for finish.

Red ands Black

We will be doing another big batch of red and black within the next 7-14 days. We have a bunch of fuse boxes and ABS covers coming out of the manufacturing queue.

Finishes on Deck

Matte black and clear anodize are “On Deck”. Those batches will be going out the middle of next week. Look for them on next Friday’s update.

We are also gathering up parts for Indigo Blue and F8 Green. Those batches will most likely head out for finish the week of October 11th.

If you are considering a new order in matte black, clear anodize, indigo blue or F8 Green jump on board we will be able to get you in on these batches and it will be a shorter wait. Call if you want to confirm prior to ordering.

Stock Statuses

All stock statuses are up to date on each individual product on our website. You can find the availability next to the unit price on each product’s page, when you open to view the product description.

Fuse boxes are rolling off the machines now in mass and we will have satin machine finished covers shipping out next week. Colors will be going to finishes all through the month of October to fill the back orders and we have stock on hand to carry us through mid November.

ABS Covers are on as well as we have quite a few of those to fill too.

Ram Jeep and Durango Fuse boxes will go on for manufacturing the week of October 11th.

Coolant tank covers will start another manufacturing run at the tail end of the week of October 11th.

Satin Machine Finish Catch Cans

Satin catch cans have been shipping within 3 days, or sooner, from the time you place your order.

If you need us to ship your satin catch can out to you the next business day after you place your order, let us know this in the order comments if you are ordering online, or let one of our teammates know if you are placing a phone order. We will get it out the door for you.
