MFG Update April 17th, 2018

Good afternoon everyone and welcome to another edition of our MFG Updates. Lots, and we do mean LOTS, of parts went out for finish on April 13th, so will cover those bases today. We will also give you a brief update on what’s been out of stock and running now as well as what is low/no stock.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping daily. We are running about 15 days from order date to shipping. Due to the high demand and our private label customers. If you need quicker shipping call us we can get you a can out within a couple days.

Big Coolant Tank

First thing we need to talk about is the big coolant tank. We have three people with Chrysler 300s that shipped. One of those three are still experiencing the hood not being able to close. The lip and contour we machined into the tank on the design change is performing flawlessly on the Challengers, and Chargers. On this run we are doing now we will go a bit deeper on the incline into the lip for 300 owners.

Big Coolant Tanks and Aftermarket Hoods

If you have an aftermarket hood there are no promises that our product will fit. Our parts are made to work with the factory setup. Our goal as always it to be open and transparent in our communications with you be it delivery or product issues. Please reach out to us if you have any problems or need help and will get on a path to resolution quickly for you.

Out of Stock Items Currently Being Manufactured

The following items that have been out of stock are now on the machines and running:

• Fuse Box Covers for both cars, trucks & SUVs:
  Satin will start to ship next week colors heading out late next week for coating.
• Water Necks for 5.7, 6.1 and 392 cars, trucks & SUVs:
  These are getting ready to go on the machine within the day. Satin back orders will begin to ship late next week. Colors and polish will start to go out for finish by the end of the month with delivery all through May until all orders are filled. We are building stock for the summer show season.
• Coil Pack Covers:
  Material here machining starts next week. Satin ship early May with colors and polish all through May. Inventory being built for summer show season.

Low Stock or No Stock Items

The following items we low stock or no stock. ETA’s to run parts listed. These are subject to change so please stay tuned to our updates or call us for the latest and greatest.

• Beverage Deletes:
  We have low stock on these kits. We do have stock on the shelf to fill current business but we will not be able to put these on the machine again until sometime in late May. Just a heads up folks.
• Hellcat Dipsticks:
  Folks we have stock we are waiting for another shipment of the stick and inlet tube to go from 6 to 7 quarts of oil. These sticks are scarce and we have a firm order in for 30 plus right now. As soon as we have the factory setup so you can make the change over will get these out.
• EGR Block Off Plates:
  These plates are sold out. We have you covered through April 10th. Next MFG run will be early to mid May.
• Manifold Baffle Covers:
  We are low on these covers. Next MFG run late May.
• ABS Covers:
  We have low stock, next run will be in May.

BT’s Machine Shop is Now Working Saturdays

Folks we are EXTREMELY busy and we have you all to thank for that. We are working six days now and have machines running 15 plus hrs per day. The wait will be well worth it we promise you. At BT we take NO short cuts and are here to work with you.

If you have a need by date please let us know this so we can work towards filling your order by that time frame. We will do all we can to make that happen for you. Please remember we are on your side we want you to have the very best product, something you are proud of not junk.

Final Processing Leadtimes

Please remember when you see your items have come back in from outside finishes allow us 7-14 days to complete any final processing such as engravings and assemblies prior to shipping. Call us if you see your item(s) are back and you need it before that time frame so we can move you up.
