Manufacturing Update April 1, 2024

Good afternoon BT Family and welcome to April. The first quarter of 2024 has come and gone and Spring is here!

Always let us start with a big thank you to each and every one of your for your support and trust. We understand that you have a choice and greatly appreciate your support and most importantly the trust you place in our team.

Spring has Sprung: Car Show Season is Here!

Today we are focusing on what has gone out and subsequently come back in from finishes. Please be patient as we have a lot work in here right now.

While your items may be back, they aren’t done. The parts still need to go through final processes, which could take up to two weeks to complete if your item needs custom engraving.

If you have an upcoming event or show you are attending and you see your order is back we kindly ask you to contact us with you need by date so we can work to accommodate you. With spring upon us cars and coffee events are resuming as well as the first of the season meet and greets. We want you fully dressed in your BT Bling just as badly as you do before you uncover those rides and bing them out for the season.

Colors In, Colors Out

Since our last update we have sent batches of Blue/Matte Blue, Purple/Matte Purple, Titanium/Matte TI, and standard Red anodize. All of those batches have gone out, and already returned to the shop.

We sent a batch to powder coat for White, and a small batch out for Polish. The other batch of polish from the last update is back.

Batches Still Out for Color

The following colors are still out at finish: Octane Red, Redline Red, and Sublime. B5 Blue paint will be heading for paint at the end of the week.

Batches On Deck

The following anodize finishes will be going to plating this week:

• Standard black anodize
• Orange and matte orange anodize
• Matte Black
• Racing Red Metallic
  • On the powder coat front Racing Red Metallic will be going to the powder coater on Wednesday. We have a few more pieces we are wrapping up manufacturing that we want to get in this batch. If you have a racing red metallic order still open your order will go with this batch.

Inventory

We are building and replenishing stock and have just finished up another round of catch cans. If you need us to ship your satin can the next business day after your placed your order let us know in the comments box and it will be handled. If calling in let us know over the phone and the team will handle that for you.

Strut Covers

We are restocked on uni-strut covers and devo style strut covers once again and shipping satin machine finish with the day of ordering.

Fuse Box Covers (2012+ Cars)

We have plenty of fuse box coves for Chargers, Challengers and Chrysler 300 12 and up. We are shipping most finishes within 30 days or less now.

Coolant Tank Covers

We have plenty of Coolant Tank Covers in stock ready to ship in satin machine finish. Colors with the exception of paint are shipping within 30 days. If you are doing an engraving it will be a little longer and we always suggest you call in and talk to Nick on your custom engraving requirements on that product.

Coil Pack Covers

We will be ordering material for the next run of coil pack covers this month. We still have several sets that are back here that need engravings yet.

If you have been considering purchasing a set this would be a good time to do so. We have 31 sets on order that need manfacturing and will be manufacturing at least 50 sets this round.

Hemi Water Necks

Water necks for 5.7, 6.1 and 392 Hemi we are sold out again. These are moving like crazy here they have always gone in fits and spirts. We will make another round this month again.
