Manufacturing Update April 8, 2022

Good afternoon folks. Welcome to Friday and it’s update time.

It’s going to be brief today. We do have orders back in from finishes however, nothing went out. Factory color match folks don’t panic. Just pull up a chair and you’ll read why it’s only a couple days until full send again, along with the rest of our pallet of finishes in anodize and powder coat.

Colors In

First the good news. The yellow powder coat, clear anodize, purple and matte purple are back in. You will find those tables below. The Team will start working on these next week.

TorRed Orders are Going Out

We are working on the parts from the big batch of TorRed, and have shipped several orders out already, mostly coolant tank covers.

These items have priority in engraving right now, and we should have everyone wrapped here within the week. Keep an eye on your inboxes, for those tracking details. As always, call in if you need to vent or just need a quick update.

Other Factory Color Match Batches

The sublime, and plum crazy are buttoning up at Creative Custom Finishing. We will be seeing those orders back later next week. The Jazz Blue was just staring, then it will be on to the Octane Red, and B5 Blue.

Folks our friends at CCF are working hard, and as we have mentioned many times, we support our vendor partners as they are good at what they do. They back up their work, as we do with ours, giving us peace of mind if any issues occur. This ensures we can take care of you, our awesome customers.

Batches On Deck

We have the following finishes ready to go and most all open orders bundled on the following:

• Redline Red
• Destroyer Grey
• Smoke Show
• F8 Green.
• Black anodize
• Blue and matte blue anodize
• Orange and matte orange anodize
• Red anodize
• Polish

Why Did We Hold the Batches?

Folks why did we hold this week? We have had material on order for washer fluid caps and oil dipsticks since March 24th. Our delivery date for that material was pushed from March 30th to April 4th, and today we have confirmation delivery will happen on April 12th.

The material is inbound to us now. We apologize for the delay. Sadly shortages, and delays, on raw goods and materials are becoming a weekly issue for many, and we are not excluded from this.

We want to send these orders, and their respective color batches, with all the parts necessary to get them finished and completed. It will only take us a day to run off what we need. These batches will go out for color Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.

Inventory

Inventory statuses for each product are up to date, and we will take a visual inventory again next week. Things are fluid now folks, because of some of the delays we are experiencing.

Fuse Box Covers

Fuse box covers all years and styles are shipping in satin machine finish again.

Colors started to go out last week on the clear, purple and yellow.

We will be sending colors out all this month on the fuse box covers. We are still manufacturing these so we can get some product on the shelf for the Spring thaw, and show season. This current production run that should wrap up late next week. ABS Covers will be going on next.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping within 5 business days of ordering, maybe a tad longer. We have restocked several of our vendors the past 30 days too.

Just let us know in the comments box when ordering online and we will handle that for you. Ordering by phone? Let the the BT reps (Alex, Nick or Heidi) know when you are speaking with them and they will get it handled for you.
