Manufacturing Update April 12, 2019

Good afternoon everyone welcome to another Friday, and to another Manufacturing Update.

Yellow is Out, Copper/Bronze and White are Back

We will get right into and get you up to speed on what has come back and what has gone out for finish. A batch of Yellow has gone out for finish. Liquid Copper, Machine Copper, Matte Copper and White batches are completed, and back at our facility. The team wasted no time jumping in and getting these parts sorted, and headed off for final processes before they ship to you.

Lead Time for Final Processes

If you see your items have come back in from finishes please allow us 7-15 days to complete any assembly or final processes such as engravings to get your parts packaged and out the door.

Color Catch Cans

Catch cans in colors are just about all caught up, and the last stragglers are either out for finish, or ready to go out early next week. We again, want to thank everyone who has stayed the course with us.

Satin Catch Cans

Speaking of catch cans we have so many moving out of assembly in colors and satin. As the products are going into the assembly queue, the paperwork is heading into billing. So if you see your order has been charged, and the status is “ready to ship” for a few days, just be patient friends.

We are shipping a lot of product right now. With only 10 of us here, wearing many hats, we are doing our best to stay ahead of everything so that no one area of the shop is waiting on the other.

Need a Satin Can Quickly?

We have plenty of satin cans and are shipping those within 10 days of ordering or sooner now. Please remember if you need your satin catch can shipped within 1-2 days of ordering just let us know in in the comments section when checking out on line you need us to ship immediately.

If you are ordering over the phone, just let Alex, Nick or Heidi know (whomever you are talking to) and we will get that handled for you. Thank you all again for choosing our product. We know you have choices and we appreciate you wanting to be part of the Billet Tech family.

Turn Around Time for Color Batches

Just a quick note about the update from a few days ago, if you are watching these blogs, you see the colors are turning around much quicker now. Our supplier partners are the best in their chosen craft. We appreciate their hard work, which allows us to continue to bring you guys and gals the best products in the industry with no corners cut.

You will learn that the new machine we took delivery of is a lemon and we had to move things around again to get back on pace. Couple that with our supplier partners who do our anodize, powder coating, and polishing just absolutely being slammed the first quarter of this year, the perfect storm took place.

All stock statues on product are 100% up to date on the “availability” area on each individual product in the BT Store. You will see that information located under the pricing of each product. When in doubt just give us a call (561.582.6171) or email us for assistance.
