Manufacturing Update April 14, 2020

Good afternoon everyone. Welcome, and thank you for checking in. Your BT Team appreciates your support, and thanks you for all the love during these trying days. We have customers from all over the world, and we want everyone to know how sincerely grateful we are to all of you for your emails, and warm wishes. We promised we would be here with you every step of the way through all of this, and we will be.

Today we will make it brief, covering what has come back from finish, and what has gone out. We also have stock status updates on some parts, and address some of the current issues regarding international shipping and payments. So take a few minutes so we can get you up to speed. Stock Status Updates

Beverage deletes are manufactured, and back in inventory again. Colors on lead-time.

5.7, 6.1 and 6.4 Water Necks are being manufactured now, and will be shipping in satin by the end of this week. Colors will be going out for finishes again in a couple of days.

Ram, Durango and Jeep Fuse Box Covers, we have very low stock again. You guys are just eating these covers up. Thank you! Material is on order, and will have those on the machine again late next week.

2019-2020 Covers are on the machine now, and you can order those right now in our online store, or call us to order right over the phone.

Hood shock covers are shipping again in satin, colors are starting to go for finishes. We also have the Ram Truck, Jeep, and Durango hood shock covers available to order again.

Coolant tank material will be here Thursday, or Friday. We have a job to finish up on, and then we will start running coolant tanks again next week. There will not be a long delay between run times.

Thank you guys, these things are super popular, and we love the creative twists you are coming up with for custom engraving. We ABSOLUTELY love it when you allow us to create magic for you, and have Team BT create a theme for you based on your interests. That level of trust is sacred, and one we do not take for granted.

International Shipping

Family if you live over seas, or in Canada, please be mindful of long delays leaving the United Stated to your destinations.

With the exception of a direct request, to use a different carrier, all international packages that leave our facility ship Via USPS Priority International Mail.

Right now, as mentioned, count on experiencing long delays. One of the problems USPS is having with international shipments is that they put most mail, and packages, on commercial airliners.

Nearly all international flights going to other countries both domestic, and foreign carriers are shut down coming into, and going out of the country. Packages leaving our facility are in holding warehouses near Miami International Airport literally waiting to hitch a ride overseas.

There is nothing our team can do, nor can we make a claim on your behalf if your item has this status:

“Your Item arrived at origin transfer airport in International Miami” (Miami International Airport)

We are unable to retrieve the package for you either. Right now we all have to be patient.

Middle East, and Europe

As of April 10th USPS has suspended service to several countries. The UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait are three major countries where we have a very large client base. Our friends in the Middle East love American Muscle Cars, and we appreciate their support!

For our friends in the Middle East, and Europe that still have orders here preparing to wrap up we will reach out to you with alternative shipping options. Companies such as UPS, and FedEx are viable options as both carriers have their own fleets of aircraft.

Canadian Customers

For our Canadian Customers, you too may experience some delays with packages coming across the boarder. You could see your items as quick as 15 days after leaving our facility to your doorstep, however delays as long as 30 days are possible. We have no control over these shipping lead times.

Payments & PayPal

That brings us once again to payments, and paying with PayPal. Our payment terms are linked on your invoice copy, and there also are several helpful links in the footer of our website. If your order has shipped, and it has a tracking number and tracking details do not dispute that charge right now.

We are all in the same boat (literally) with delays. Also be mindful our vendor partners are also working with short staffs right now, and our hours are down substantially due to curfews.

If you paid with PayPal call (561.582.6171) or email us before you file a dispute with PayPal. We are here for you, and we understand trust is delicate when it comes to your money.

If desired, we will automatically cancel your order.

As we stated above call us. We will refund the dollars, and bill you when the order is ready to ship.

The team here is easy to work with. You can also use a credit card, and that card is only preauthorized when you place your order. The order is subject to a 30% deposit to start work but again, if in doubt, as this might be your first time ordering from us, just call. We work with you. We work with customers every single day on these topics, so don’t be bashful. Let us help you.

Colors In, Colors Out

Today we sent out batches of blue, matte blue, matte orange, and standard orange for color. The team received batches of titanium, matte titanium, matte red, and yellow, and has already jumped into those, sorting them for final processes. Finally if you see your order has come back in from finish do allow us some time to finish any assembly (catch cans), and/or finish any engravings (under hood caps, etc) before we ship your order to you.

All phone hours or operations remain unchanged, but do be mindful we are working in staggered shifts right now. So if you get our voicemail, and for that matter anytime you get the voicemail, please leave your number, so we can call you back. During phone hours of operation we get back to you within a couple of hours, and if it’s after hours we will call you back the next day.

We have suspended visitor tours, and local pickups until June 1st, or as warranted, due to the Corona Virus. Local pickup requests we are shipping your packages at no charge to you.
