Manufacturing Update April 16, 2019

Good afternoon everyone.  Much thanks to you all for your support and trust.

Colors Out, Colors In

Today’s update will serve as a supplemental to let you know what we have received back in from finishes and what has gone out. Standard Black (4/9), Titanium (matte and standard, 3/19), Yellow from (4/11) all came back to the shop today. These parts are now in final processes and will start to ship within the next 7-14 days.

We sent out quite a few batches of parts today. Jazz Blue, Redline Red Pearl, Destroyer Grey, F8 Green, Octane Red and another huge batch of Standard Black went out for finish. If you have an open order in these colors, please take a few minutes and check the tables below to see if your order was included in these batches.

Octane Red?

Friends you will see we have Octane Red that went out. We still have yet to add it to the website so please accept our apologies. For those that have been watching the updates, and our social media pages, you know you can call in to place your order over the phone. That’s how customers are placing orders for Octane Red.

Octane Red has yet to be added as an option on the site because we are focused on getting all current orders out to finish, back in, through final processes, and shipped off to you. As you all know, we are a small group of 10, wearing multiple hats, but we will get Octane Red added as soon as we can. Until then, if you’d like to place an order for parts in Octane Red, please call in and we’ll make it happen.

Turnaround for Colors is Picking Up

As you can see if you are following along our supplier partners are definite “in the groove” and getting things knocked out at a much quicker pace again. We buried them with work (thanks to you). The beginning of the year is just a really busy time in South Florida, with multiple national boats shows going on in Ft. Lauderdale, Miami, and here in Palm Beach. Demand is high for quality work.

Now that those major events are out of the way we are seeing quicker turnaround. We work with some of the best professionals in their fields, we do not rush them, we will wait for quality work. This is why we post our updates, and are transparent, so you can be informed as well.

We are still extremely busy but you will see stuff going out, and coming back in, from plating at a much quicker pace now that our supplier partners’ workload has eased up.

Low or Out of Stock Items

We do have some items that are low or out of stock on. Some we mentioned in the updates last week and we have a few to add. Please have a look:

• 13 and up Throttle Body Covers & Hellcat/Demon By Pass Valve Covers:
  These will run the last week of April 22nd
• Ram / Durango Fuse Boxes:
  These are running, and have started to ship in satin again now. Colors early May
• Power Steering Caps:
  We just ran out of them both styles. Material on order MFG late week of April 22nd
• Hellcat / Demon Supercharger Reservoir Covers:
  We have very low stock (2 left). Next MFG Run early May.
• Brake Fluid Caps:
  These caps are running now satin will resume shipping next week colors early to mid May
• Sigma Series Radiator and Supercharger Coolant Caps:
  We are out. Next MFG Run early May.
• ABS Covers:
  Sold out. Material on order and will be on the machine week of April 29th.
• Coolant Tank Covers:
  Material is on order and will be machining the week of April 29th again.
• EGR Deletes:
  To be machined in early May. One week bump out due to a job that we are running a bit behind on here.
• 3MM Wheel Spacers:
  We have been selling these like candy. We sold the last set yesterday and will be running another 500 sets before the end of the month. Material is ordered and will be in before the end of the week.

Satin Catch Cans

Family we have plenty of satin catch cans on the shelf again and can ship you a can in 1-2 business days. Due to the extreme volume we move each month, including our private label accounts, we ask you to let us know when you order over the phone if you need us to ship your can asap, or expect to ship in 7-14 days from ordering. If you order on line yourself and need it shipped immediately let us know in the order comments box. Color cans will be going in waves within 14 days after you place your orders so we can get back into that 20 biz day lead-time which we are almost on point with again.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Finally if you see your order has come back in from finish please do allow us 7-15 days to complete any final processes such as assembly and or engraving prior to packing and shipping your items to you. If this time frame may pose a problem for you due to an upcoming show you are attending, vacation, or travel plans, do reach out to us and will get your order moved up in the queue to try and meet your needs.
