Manufacturing Update April 2, 2019

Good afternoon everyone and welcome to the first update for April 2019 and the very first update for the second quarter of 2019 as well.

Today’s article will be a supplemental update of what has come in and gone out for finishes as well as a brief stock status.

Catch Cans in Satin

Catch cans are shipping daily in satin, and yes folks we have plenty of inventory. The only cans we can not ship to you right away in satin are Jeep/Durango cans as we just used up the last of the brackets for assemblies today. No worries though we have material coming in Thursday and will be right back in the saddle again ready to ship Friday and early next week.

Please remember if you need a satin can shipped in 24/48 hours please let us know when you call in to place your order, or if you are placing an order online yourself let us know in the order comments. Will get it handled right away. Otherwise we ship within 7-10 days or sooner simply based on the absolute insane volume we do both with individual clients and or private label / bulk business customers.

Color Items – Turnaround will be Quicker Now

Lead times on color items, including cans, will start to ease up a bit now, and have much quicker turnaround. The Palm Beach Boat Show is over now (it was this past weekend) and several of our partners work on marine anodize and powder coating leading up to that. As we have mentioned not only have we slammed our supplier partners with our work our partners have been slammed with other work as well.

Strive for Nothing Less Than the Best

From the people in the shop, to our supplier partners, everyone involved with the process is working together to bring you the absolute best product in the industry, something you will be proud to own. The messages of excitement, and astonishment from some of our customers who are now starting to receive items from the batch of the purple, that was out for so long, is music to our ears.

Knowing you guys and gals are so thrilled is why we do what we do. Seems the purple finish (both matte and standard) was well worth the wait. Your reactions to the parts always makes our day. Our sincerest thanks for trusting us to be a part of your ownership experiences.

Out of Stock Items

We currently are out of stock on the following items:

• Jeep / Durango Catch Can Brackets:
  As mentioned above we will be running them starting Thursday and be ready to ship again Friday in satin.
• Ram / Durango Fuse Box Covers:
  These will be on the machine this week
• Low Pressure A/C Port Cap covers:
  These caps are running as we type this update.
• Power Steering Reservoir Covers:
  The material will arrive Friday will go on the machine in the next 7-10 days.
• Hellcat/Demon Supercharger Coolant Reservoir Covers:
  We have a couple left material will be ordered next week will run them before the end of the month again.
• EGR Deletes:
  EGR Deletes will be running late next week.
• Coolant Tank Covers:
  The coolant tank covers have sold out again (we moved a whole “you know what” pot of those). We will start another round of those in the next two weeks. Satin covers should start to ship again in early May.
• Valve Covers:
  Material is ordered will run them again this month. Coil pack covers are in stock in satin color on lead-time.

All other products we are in good shape on.

Colors Still Out at Finish

The following finishes are still out at plating:

• Red from 3/13
• Matte Red from 3/26
• Black from 3/26

Last Call for Green (Standard and Matte) Anodize

Today you will notice anodize green and matte green have gone to plating today. This is the last call for anodize green both in the semi gloss and matte finishes. We will be retiring that color for a bit again unless more people start to inquire about getting those two finishes again.

With the introduction of lime green we have seen the shift away from the typical green anodize. If you want to place an order for standard semi gloss anodized green or matte green you will be able to do so up until Friday, April 5th. We will be removing that finish from the website at that time.

Lead Times for Final Processes

Remember if you see your order has come back in from finish please allow us 7-14 days to complete any final processes such as engraving and assembly prior to shipping. If you need it quicker reach out to via the message form on our contact page, or call us and will get you taken care of.
