Manufacturing Update April 24, 2020

Good afternoon everyone. Welcome to Friday, and as always your BT Team appreciates all the support, and more importantly your trust during these times that we are all in at the moment, with this world wide pandemic. Just as we have mentioned from the very beginning, we are here for you, and with you every step of the way.

Today will be a supplemental update to let you know what has come back in, and gone out for finishes, and some stock statuses for good measure.

Batches and Batches of Colors

Today we received the batches of clear, matte clear, matte red, white, and the plum crazy purple special order. The team jumped on those parts and has begun final processes, such as assembly, quality control, and engraving.

We sent out batches of copper (all styles), lime green metallic, purple anodize and matte purple. Please see the tables below the article for details. If you need more information, or have any questions, please just call (561.582.6171) or email us. Team BT is here to help.

Stock Statuses

We have a few stock statuses we need to update you on.

A/C Port Caps

We are out of the classic Billet Tech low and high pressure a/c port caps we sold the last ones this week.

Next run will be in early May. Only on satin machine finishes will there be much of a delay on your under hood kit orders and we still work on them and ship you a partial out or upgrade you (see next sentence).

We have been upgrading orders by substituting folks to the Sigma Series low/high pressure a/c port cap to fill current business.

Power Seat Covers

We also ran out of power seat covers yesterday. You guys, and gals, are gobbling up the interior pieces for the older models as we are coming to the end for that limited time run.

May 1st is the last day to buy the interior vault pieces so hurry before the are retired again. The Power Seat Covers however, will remain on the site and in manufacturing rotation here at the BT facility.

Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping within 5-7 business days. Please be patient folks we got you and we have taken a TON of new business over the past two weeks.

We are in good shape on inventory we just are getting jammed up in assembly and packaging.

We have a few folks left from April 11th through April 15th that we cleared from assembly into packaging today. We will get your product, in satin machine finish, out to you early next week.

April 16h to current business we also have you in the assembly queue, and prepping to get your orders into shipping.

With a staggered crew we are stretched thin, but know that your BT Team is getting work in, and working without compromise to ensure the level of quality remains the highest in the industry. That goes for the beautiful hand wrapping that the lovely Andrea does for us. Kevin has also been rotating in to package from the shop during the morning shift too. Thank you all for your trust.
