Manufacturing Update April 27, 2023

Good afternoon everyone. Welcome.

Two Machines are Down

First, our apologies for not getting an update out sooner. The team is stretched thin as we have two machines in disrepair right now. We are waiting on bearings from Japan for the VTC200B, as well as a power supply for our Sharp. Parts for both machines are ordered, and on the way.

Therefore, the seven of us are rotating shifts to keep things moving, as taking 2 pieces of equipment out of service here definitely hurts as we wait for parts to come in.

Gmail Issues

We are still having random issues with Gmail and our firewall.

If you are sending us an email from a Gmail account, and you do not get our auto-responder call us (561.582.6171).

If you did get the auto-responder and we don’t answer within 24-48 hours call us (561.582.6171).

We reply to all Gmail messages back from our company Gmail account (alexbillettechnology@gmail.com) so please check your spam. Many times we have customers say hey you did not answer who are Gmail users and our replies have been sitting in the spam box. As always, when in doubt just give us a call (561.582.6171).

With that out of the way let’s get everyone up to date on the latest and greatest.

Colors In, Out & On Deck

There is quite a bit of stuff out right now, and a bunch more on deck. Since our last update, we sent out batches of Racing Red Metallic, Plum Crazy, FrostBite, Clear, and Matte Black Anodize.

Matte Red is back in and we are working on wrapping up the White, Titanium, Purple, TorRed, and obviously satin machine finish, our most popular finish.

Satin finished orders are constantly being worked on and shipping from here daily.

Standard Black and Red anodize, along with Indigo Blue will be next batches to head out for color.

Stock Statuses

Below please find a quick inventory update:

Radiator Caps

These are manufacturing now. No impact on lead time.

Washer Fluid Caps

These are also manufacturing. No impact on lead time.

PCV Covers

PCV Covers are sold out. We will do another manufacturing run the second week of May

TrackHawk & Durango Hellcat Super Charger Coolant Reservoir Covers

We will be wrapping up a small production run next week and get those back orders shipped. We don’t sell a lot of those, believe it or not, and sadly that particular product has been sitting and getting long in the tooth.

Coil Pack Covers

The next manufacturing run will be in May. We are tentatively looking at the 3rd week of May. That could move up, and of course call in for the latest info.

Fuse Box Covers

Fuse box covers are our number one seller now. We are continually manufacturing batches, all years, all styles. Yes, we are behind on many.

Please be patient, you will be so happy once you receive your product. We had several covers ship this week and more headed out in the color batches on the tables below.

Uni-Strut Covers

Uni-Struts are sold out. Material will be here the week of May 8th, and we will begin our manufacturing run as soon as the material arrives.

Hellcat & Demon Water Necks

These have sold out We are ordering material before the end of the week and will do the next MFG Run the second week of May.

Sigma Series Radiator Caps

Sigma Series Radiator Caps sold out last weekend. The next MFG Run will be mid to late May

Catch Cans

Satin machine finish catch cans are shipping 3-5 days from ordering.
