Manufacturing Update April 29th, 2014

Greetings BT Nation!

We must always start our updates by  thanking you, our customers.  Without your support and trust we could not do what we do.

We have some new items in the pipe also and will have details sometime in May on whats happening here in the shop.

Its been a little while since our last update, and we have alot of stuff going on so lets get started.

Team BT Heads to VMP

The BT Team will be traveling to VMP for the next leg of the Modern Street Hemi Shootout on May 7th and will be returning to work May 12th.  

No manufacturing interruptions will take place while we are at the event however, you may experience some phone delays.  
Please be sure to leave a clear and detailed message if you get voice mail, we will get back to you within 24-48 hrs.

Product Updates

Under Hood Kits & Catch Cans

We are in good shape on on most under hood kits and catch can assemblies with lead-times staying on point.

Anodize and Powder Coat
Anodize and powder coat have been experiencing some delays due to volume.

You may see some orders run a bit over that 20 business day lead-time on color items.

Valve Covers

We appreciate your patience on this run and you will not be disappointed.  
The new designer edge is amazing.

Shipping
All Valve covers on order will be shipped in the next two weeks.
Most are shipped with the exception of designer cut covers.

Designer Cut
The designer cut process will start before the end of the week.

Extra Sets
We may have one or two sets left after all sets are shipped so keep an eye on the website.

Next Run
We will run the next batch of valve covers in July.
We are already 70% allocated for that run so if you are thinking about ordering just give us a call.

Fuse Box Covers

All Styles & Makes
We are sold out of all styles and makes of Fuse Box Covers.

Next Run
The next batch will begin manufacturing the week of May 5th.  
Delivery will begin again in Satin the starting late in the second week of May.
Color and polish by the end of May.

Water Necks

Availability
We are sold out of all styles and makes of Water Necks.

Next Run
Water Necks are manufacturing now with mid May estimated for delivery.

Throttle Body Covers

Availability
We are extremely low on stock for all styles and years.

Next Run
We are manufacturing TB Covers he second week of May.

Beehive Strut Covers

Availability
Sold out.

Next Run  
Next manufacturing run for those will be in June.

Charger Front Nose Badges

We will continue manufacturing these until all backorders are filled and inventory is sufficient for standard lead-time.
