Manufacturing Update April 30, 2019

Good afternoon everyone. Thank you always for the support and trust you always place in our team and teammates.

No Colors In or Out

Today’s update will be brief. We do not have anything back yet from plate, powder coat or polish. We do expect the next wave of parts to be back in here this week, and there will be a bunch of them. We are gathering and bundling the next round of parts to go to finishes and will get fresh tables up in the coming days. When in doubt just give us a call.

UPDATE:
We sent a batch out for Lime Green Metallic on May 1^st.
The batch of Black from April 16^th will be back tomorrow morning.

Black Fittings for Catch Cans

Family we have more black fittings coming in from powder coating tomorrow. We ran out of black fittings mid last week, and our powder coater is wrapping up the next 1,000 sets now, and will be ready for us to pickup tomorrow.

All color cans waiting for the black fittings are assembled. We just need to put the fittings in the cans, wrap and package for shipping. The paperwork has headed into the office for billing and shipping label generation. So please check your email inboxes in the coming days as we get those out the door. We appreciate you guys and gals.

Catch Cans

Speaking of catch cans all satin cans between April 3rd and April 13th (mostly black fittings) will be shipping out before the end of this week.

All satin cans between April 14th and April 23rd will be shipping the week of May 4th

All satin cans between April 24th April 30th and later will be shipping the week of May 13th or very possible into the week of May 4th.

If you are placing an order for a new can and need a satin can shipped immediately please do let us know. If you are calling in to place your order over the phone, let us know you need it quickly, and we will take care of that for you, and have it shipped out within the day. If you are placing that order online just let us know in the comments box before checking out and we will handle that for you on our end when we batch the orders up the next business morning.

Challengerfest 10!

This is Challengerfest week, and members of Team BT are heading to Bowling Green Kentucky leaving early on May 1st and returning the afternoon of May 6th. The shop and office are open for normal business and all phone lines will be live from 6:00 A.M. until 3:30 P.M. EST. There will be absolutely no interruptions here, Alex and Heidi will be here to take your calls.

Nick Billet will be out at the event along with Sebastian and John. If you have been in contact with Nick concerning your custom project and renderings please do continue to reply to him in the email trail he may have with you. If you are reaching out to him for any new business you can email email us or give us a call (561.582.6171) and will be here to help you.

Team BT is so pleased to once again be the Presenting Sponsor of Challengerfest, in this the 10 year anniversary of the event. Several years ago other events our company was very active with as both participants and sponsors, dropped us after the ICE Website Seizures

Jay, Lisa, Chuck, Phil and the entire staff, who put on such an amazing event, never wavered in their support of BT. Not only did they stand with our company, they asked us if we would be interested in becoming Presenting Title Sponsors five years ago.  We wholeheartedly accepted after being associate sponsors since the very beginning of the event 10 years ago, because its about the people and the great charity Racing4Vets.

Giving back is what Team BT has always been about. Our team does not go to these events to sell you anything. We go as you do, as enthusiasts because we love cars and love meeting good people. When there is a charity aspect to the event it’s even more special to be able to help raise money for wonderful causes and organizations. Our teammates look forward to seeing many of you this weekend in Bowling Green and raising money for Racing4Vets.

Stock status on individual part numbers in the store are all 100% up to date however, as we say when in doubt just give us a call.
