Manufacturing Update August 13, 2021

Good afternoon folks welcome to Friday the 13th!

As always, we start each update saying THANK YOU. You guys and gals just keep coming back for more, and we are slammed. During these strange times, it’s quite humbling, and we remain grateful to all of you for keeping our team busy. We will never be able to express to you in words just how much it means to us.

600 Orders Prepping to Ship

Folks we have a lot of stuff that came in this week. Between our satin machine finished products, that do not make the updates, and all the color batches that have come back in, we have over 600 packages to get ready to ship out here in the next week or so.

Colors Out

We sent out batches of polish, titanium (both standard and matte), and frostbite. Over the next several weeks we will be getting a whole boatload of factory color match finishes out.

Colors In

We got a ton parts back from color this week. The batches which we received are: matte black, white, plum purple, orange, and purple anodize, the two small lots that we did that were mostly coolant tank covers, and that batch of red from last week.

The team has jumped on these parts sorting them for assembly, engraving, QC, etc. Take a look at the tables below to see if you order has come back from finish.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Friends, as promised, a brief update today so we can stay focused in the shop, getting all these parts completed, and sent out to you asap.

As always if you see your order is back in from colors please allow us up to 15 days to complete final processes prior to shipping.

If you have an upcoming event, and need faster service please reach out to us and let us know, so we can work towards making that happen for you.

Pending to Ship Status

If you see your order in ‘pending to ship’ status please have a little patience. There are so many parts back from finish, and lots of parts completed, engraved and out of assembly etc.

Give us a few extra days to get all these items cleaned, wrapped and packaged. When in doubt about the status of your order (you see its back in and not shipped) just reach out to us via phone(561.582.6171) or email so we can provide you with one on one help.

Website Stock Statuses

Inventory statuses on the website are up to date. On last Friday’s update (August 6th) we went over statuses for individual products, and those statuses remain unchanged. When in doubt please reach out.
