Manufacturing Update August 14th, 2017

Good afternoon everyone.  We know its been about 10 days since the last update the team has been jammed slammed so we do apologize for the delay in getting a fresh update live for you.  The good news in all of that we have shipped A LOT of product since then and many of you should either have your packages or will be getting them in the coming days.  We received a lot of stuff back in over the past several days and you will be able to find your orders below.  

Low/Out of Stock Items

Product wise we are in good shape with the exception of the following items:

Devo Style Strut Covers

We are out of stock completely.  We will do another round again later this month.  

Sigma Series Radiator Caps and Hellcat Supercharger Coolant Caps

We have no stock as of August 14th. All orders through Noon are covered.  Next run will be by the end of this month.  Little impacts on color and polish as far as delivery goes but satin you will experience about a two week delay until we get them run

Hellcat Coolant Reservoir Covers

Hellcat Coolant Reservoir Covers are still out of stock and will be running them again at the end of the month. There will be some delays.  Call us if you have any questions concerning that piece.  

Pink: Limited Run Color Option

For those of you wanting to do pink and yes the list has been a long one, we are now taking orders over the phone and will have the website updated with that color in the next couple of days.  We will be sending out a round of pink to be done right before Labor Day (the last week of this month).  If you want in on that run give us a call and will help you complete your order. You can also email us for assistance as well.

392 PCV Cover Caps

392 PCV Covers we are introducing the cap to go with that product.  We do have some minimal tweaking to do on the final production piece and will be placing those caps into the main product later this week as an optional add on for new clients, and will also be offering the cap stand alone for those who have already purchased the PCV Cover and want to add the cap.  5.7L owners do not worry we are getting ready to debut that setup next month.

Lead Times Once Your Order is Back From Color

Folks as is always the case when you see your order has come back in, please allow us at least 10 days to get anything that needs final engraving completed and packaged up to ship to you and if you have a catch can allow us 3-5 days to get everything assembled and packaged to ship to you.  If you see your order has come in and you need us to expedite it please call us so we can jump on that.  We do go in order of receipt otherwise.   

Reminder About Deposits

A friendly reminder once more all orders are subject to a 30% deposit to begin work.  Chargebacks on any deposits will put your order on hold as we work to resolve that with you.  We also tell you this on your invoice copy you receive in your email.  The “Help/FAQ” section at the top of the invoice  via email is there for a reason to provide you with helpful information concerning our procedures, how you will be billed, and also a link to this section right here our Manufacturing Updates.  When in doubt call us.  

End of Summer

As we wind down the summer schedule and one of our busiest times of the year, the extending lead-time wait should really start to wind down.  We have lots of new product in development also so as always we simply say stay tuned for that and more and thank you!  We have had record breaking months literally all year long, and it is because of you this is happening. We greatly appreciate the love and support.
