Good afternoon family, as always our sincerest thanks for the love, and support.

Wow What a Sale!

The People’s Sale was a smash hit, and it’s all because of you. We had loads of fun the entire day. Last year we restructured the sale with one discount percentage and it worked so well, we extended the time to 24 hours, and it worked even better this year!

You guys, and gals, make it possible for us all year long, we can think of no better way than to give it back in with this sale each, and every November. We remain humbled, thankful, and grateful to you all.

Credit Card & Deposits

For those of you that paid with a credit card during the event, you will be seeing an email from Alex pop into your inbox reminding you that we are taking the 30% deposit to start work. Remember if at anytime you are not comfortable with this call (561.582.6171) or email us.

We realize it’s going to take some time to complete some of these orders. Yes, we are known for that, but NO WHERE will you ever read that BT has not promptly refunded a customer when asked to do so, nor have we played games with people’s money.

Trust is delicate, we understand this. Please review the payment terms here in case you did not see those links on your invoice copy or HERE.

PayPal

If you paid via PayPal, the payment was instant, and the same caveat applies as above.

If you are uncomfortable with us having your funds until your order ships, simply call (561.582.6171) or email us asap.

If you dispute your payment prior to reaching out to us we will not challenge the dispute. We simply will allow the refund, and cancel your order.

As harsh as this may be, we are very transparent in our operations. All information is made available to you on our website, prior to placing an order, and after the order is placed. There will absolutely be no exceptions.

Our team is friendly, and here to work with you on anything, and everything. We answer emails and call backs. Allow us the opportunity to serve you.

Orders Are Sorted

We have sorted all the orders and are routing them accordingly within our shop production flow. Custom orders, holiday delivery requests and ordered product totals are completed. The crew is now in full production mode with the organization out of the way.

Holiday Delivery

As mentioned prior to the sale, anyone who requested a holiday delivery their orders will be given priority, and we will work on them first.

Fine Print

We cannot promise holiday delivery, but please know we will do our absolute best to make it happen.

In prior years we have done very well with those requests, not 100% but a high 90%+ had some BT goodies to put out for their friends and loved ones.

Check the Manufacturing Updates frequently. They will come out in droves over the coming weeks. This is especially important for those of you who have a finish other than machine satin.

Didn’t Request Holiday Delivery?

For those of you who did not request a holiday delivery, or you ordered after the sale, and you would like to, you will have until December 2nd to submit your holiday request to us.

Any holiday requests received after the 2nd, we will still add you to the list. However, due to the fact we send our products to our local vendor partners to plate, polish or powder coat we cannot make any promises.

Holiday schedules, and yes Covid shortages, are effecting our vendor partners. They have done a superb job for us this year, getting the work in, and lots of times under trying circumstances.

All of us have been effected by Covid 19 this year. As we have said from the beginning, we are here with you, for you, and with our vendor partners every step of the way!

Lead Times

The amount of orders we have taken in during The People’s Sale is, for lack of a better word, staggering. Please know we have a very good handle on things, we’ve been doing this for years. Yes, we have sold out on items in the past several days.

As we have done in prior years, we will build short manufacturing runs to keep up with demand. As we move into December we will continue to replenish stock into the first of the year.

Sometime before we break for Thanksgiving, we will post a product table of how many of each products are on order, how many we have stock of, and how many we still need to manufacture, and the ETA to do so.

Please know we will do everything in our power to stay within lead-times on every single order coming in.

Thanksgiving Holiday Schedule

Family, we will be breaking for Thanksgiving next week.

The shop will be open Monday, November 23rd all day for normal business hours with phones live at 6:00 A.M. Eastern, and last call around 4:30 P.M..

Tuesday, November 24th we will be working 6:00 A.M. until 12:15 P.M. Eastern Time.

The remainder of the Thanksgiving week, our facility will be closed.

Our vendor partners are also shutting down Wednesday until Sunday November 30th.

Thank You BT Family

If you followed along this year, you know our shop was hit very very hard by Covid with our entire group getting the virus. Some of us were taken down hard, while some of us were asymptomatic. For approximately 9 weeks we worked with a skeleton crew, and got it done. 3 out of the 10 of us were the only ones here.

Your support meant the world to us, and we are going to take some time out next week so we can celebrate together as a family. Team BT not only works together, but we play, and celebrate together too.

We will return on Monday, November 30th, and work very very hard right up until Christmas to get your orders out to you. Thank you in advance for allowing our group to gather with each other, and our families.

We have never done the traditional “Black Friday” or “Cyber Monday” type of sales, because our philosophy has always been family first. Be it you, our customers (and by extension our family too) who need us to help you when family is involved. We are a family oriented, and a family owned, business. Nothing is more important than family.

You can always make more parts, and yes more money, but you cannot get time back with those most important in our lives, and that’s family.

Now more than ever this is truth.
