Manufacturing Update August 22, 2022

Good afternoon BT Nation. We are in the last full week of August 2022. Always no matter the day, week, month or season we value, and appreciate, all the support and trust you give to us. Saying thank you many times just does not seem enough.

Folks keeping short today with a quick update on the factory color match, and what’s come in and gone out for finish. So have seat, grab a beverage, and read on.

Redline Red is BACK!!

Yes friends, as with all the factory color match its been a real hot minute. The batch of Redline Red all came out great.

As with the B5 Blue, we had a lot of cancellations due to the long delay. Anything left from this batch will be moved over to the next group of orders in line. We will put anything left over up on BT and Nick Billet’s social media channels with instructions on how to purchase.

F8 Green

F8 Green will be coming back before the end of this month. The current batch is nearly finished and we should be seeing tracking details this coming week.

Factory Color Match Paint on Deck

Smoke Show, Sublime, Jazz Blue and Plum Crazy will be coming along in early September and all the paint match that is out will be done next month.

Another Painter Added

As we mentioned last week we are working with a secondary painter now. This painter has painted BT parts for several of our clients who purchased our items in machine satin finish, had them painted then sent back to us for engravings.

We had small batch of TorRed done and orders from that batch are shipping now. Stay tuned as we prepare to send more items later this week.

We are finally getting some of these ancient orders fulfilled, some are still from last years People’s Sale. As such we are on track to reintroduce the factory color match options, but only once all current orders are complete, and we know our vendor partners can hold a reasonable turn around time.

For anyone where the wait is not an issue you can call in to us to get an order placed for factory color matched parts.

Color Batches Back

We received the Purple and Matte Purple back in since last Monday’s update. You will find that information in the tables below the article.

Racing Red metallic will be completed later this week. That finish has been out since July 18th. Look for details on that batch in Friday’s update

Colors Out & On Deck

We had batches of White, Matte Black, Polish, Orange and Matte Orange go out for finish.

Check the tables below this article to see if your order has gone out.

Next colors on deck are Matte Red, and Standard Red. These will definitely this week, probably with another batch of Standard Black.

Stock Status

Inventory is on point from last week’s update. We are in good shape on most everything we offer, and we will be starting the big coolant tank covers next week.

We have a few team members out on vacation this week, and our focus will be getting everything engraved, assembled and shipped out the door to you guys and gals this week.

Fuse Boxes (All Years, All Styles)

We are manufacturing and engraving on these on the daily and right on through early September. Like the BT catch can this product is one of our biggest sellers.

Catch Cans

Speaking of catch cans, satin machine finishes are shipping within the 3-5 business day lead-time.

Hellcat satin cans will start shipping those again middle to end of next week.
We are out of quick connects to the PCV System, and our composite material for those will not be in until later this week.

Remember if you need a satin machine finish catch can shipped ASAP let us know in the comments box when checking out online, and we will get that handled for you asap.
