Manufacturing Update August 6th, 2013

Folks we always will and must start our by saying thank you for your support and trust.  Just as in the July MFG Update, summer is in full swing and you guys and gals are keeping us very busy.  We sincerely appreciate you and thank you for your support year in and out.  Its simply amazing to us and is never taken for granted.

GTO Parts

First let us start with GTO owners:  Your catch cans are shipping daily.  Under hood kits and carpet clips will start shipping this week in satin (week of August 5th) right on through the next week.  All customers who are receiving their carpet clips and under hood items in color and polish you will start to see your products before the end of the month.  We will be introducing more GTO items in in September.  The current offerings we will keep open for at least another couple weeks as we do have some left over parts from these runs.

Catch Cans

Catch Cans are shipping daily but we are experiencing some delays in shipping due to hose and hardware shortages.

Catch Can: Hose and Hardware Supply Issue

We simply are draining our supplier.  We have ordered 6 months worth of hose and are only getting the spools in dribs and drabs.  We are being assured the supply chain issues will be solved in the next 10 days so that folks ordering in satin are not waiting a week to 10 days to have a shipping notifications hit their email boxes.

Thank you all for your support in choosing the BT Catch Can.  It is a true original often immitated but never replicated.  You are getting the best of the best for your vehicle you have our promise.

Water Necks – All Styles

For the folks that read these updates regular you will see that water necks have been stitting at a stand still semi machined.  Unfortunately we have had to push back again on these due to non BT commitments.  These pieces WILL BE FINISHED UP NEXT WEEK so that we can begin shipping this month.  We do apologize here and are very sorry for any issues that may have caused you.

Valve Covers

Valve Covers are running and on the last op’s now.   Machine satin covers have an outside shot of shipping at the end of this week (August 9th) but realistically  satin covers will start to leave the late in the week of August 12th after inspection and packing.  All valve covers including polished and anodize will be shipped before the end of the month.  We are absolutely sold out on this run so if you are interested in a set call in to add your name in case someone drops out.  This will more than likely be the last run on valve covers in 2013.  We will let everyone know again when we will be running them again next.

Coil Pack Covers

Coil pack covers are semi complete and will go on for wrap up machining before the end of the month.  Delivery on this product will be complete to you by early September.  We have limited supplies on this quarterly run so please give us a call or email us to inquire on getting a set if you are interested.

Wheel Center Caps

Wheel center caps both styles are sold out and indicated on the product table.  We will be replenished again by the end of the month.

Under Hood Kits

Under hood kits are still running approximately 10-15 days out from standard lead-times.  Please keep this in mind when placing an order.  Some parts we are short stock on, but manufacturing.

You can always keep track of current stock status by just referring to the products you are interested in.  The availability is right under the product prices when you you click on the product to view.  This information is updated at least once per week.
