Manufacturing Update December 2, 2022

Good afternoon everyone welcome to December. We are winding down the year that has been 2022. As always Team BT remains humbled, appreciative and grateful for all the support and trust you place in our crew.

Inventory Status

First lets cover the inventory we are short on.

Coil Pack Covers

These sold out pre-sales events and we will be running them this month. We are waiting for a machine to open up, which should be the week of December 19th.

Hellcat Coolant Reservoir Covers

These sold out during the sale. It’s looking like the next MFG Run will be the week of December 12th. We are ordering material next week.

Track Hawk & Hellcat Durango Supercharger Coolant Tank Covers

These will go on the same time as we put the Hellcat Supercharger Coolant Reservoir Covers on (sometime next week).

PCV Covers

We sold out during the sale. We will be ordering material this month for them but we don’t expect to delivery any colors at all the remainder of the year. Outside chance we get satin machine finished covers out before the end of the month

Water Necks (all styles)

Material is here and we are manufacturing them. Water necks are always big sellers during the holiday season.

Satin machine finish (all styles) will ship this month. We will get some colors out also so please be sure to stay tuned to what comes in and goes out for finishes.

Uni-Strut Covers

We manufactured a small batch right before the sales events and we need to manufacture more. Probably early January the next MFG run will go on.

Coolant Tank Covers

Another big seller during the holidays, these sold out the second day of The People’s Sale. We will run them again in January. We are shipping the covers we had in stock first come first served, and holiday requests.

Beverage Deletes

Bev Deletes also sold out. These run quickly and we will get another batch cut before the end of the month. Limited colors may ship before month’s end. Satin machine finish, if you have not shipped already we will do our best to get those out before the end of the month.

Power Seat Covers

These sold out last week. We have almost half the orders covered from the sales. First come first served on what we have in stock. Next run in January.

Stock Statuses in the Store

We will update the individual products’ inventory early next week. We’ll also post a chart on each product showing how many units of each we still need to produce to fill current business.

FYI – When we do order material, for any part that has sold out, we are ordering to cover whats in house plus 10 percent to get some more products back on the shelf.

Satin Machine Finish

Satin machine finished items are always the biggest sellers for us. Many orders have already shipped or are preparing to ship right now. We will ship you a partial shipment on all orders as the parts become ready regardless. We know how important it is to have your parts in time for the holidays be it a gift for yourself, a family member, or friend.

Catch Cans

Satin machine finished catch cans are shipping 3-5 days from ordering.

We have black and white fittings again those were delayed for a bit. We installed those fittings in the cans this afternoon and we also put those fittings in the color cans that have been back so we can get those orders shipped.

Colors In, Colors Out

This week our team sent out batches of Orange/Matte Orange and Standard Black for anodize. We received a ton of batches back in from anodize and powder coat. Those batches which came back in are: Standard Red, Titanium/Matte Titanium, Orange/Matte Orange, Clear Anodize and White.
