Manufacturing Update December 9, 2020

Good evening everyone, welcome. Always, and it will never be said enough here, our deep, and sincere, thanks for trusting our team, and for your continued support of our endeavors. Even in the year this has been with the Covid pandemic, the uncertainty, nearly on the daily, all of you continue to purchase from us, send us treat boxes, and fun gifts.

We have not had to buy any Viva Soft Paper Towels since early in the spring when we could not get any here (these are what the lovely Andrea uses to wrap your parts), because you guys sent so many care packages of those to us when we put the call out in desperation in mid April.  It just blows us away. Thank you will never be enough.

Wheel of Winning!

If you are on Instagram don’t forget to tune in at 3:00 P.M. Eastern Time (weekdays) until December 16th for your chance to win big on the Wheel of Winning. As of yesterday we have given away $3,350 in BT Bucks! No one looses, and everyone wins here at Team BT.

Color Batch Updates

We don’t have anything back in today but we can report that the black from December 4th should be ready on Friday. The Copper (both machine and matte finishes), and the blue (both standard and matte finishes) from November 16th were wrapping up today. We should be seeing those batches back in here before the end of the week.

Today we dropped off batches of purple (both standard and matte finishes) for anodize. A batch of racing red metallic was dropped off at the powder coaters as well.

Factory Color Match Updates

All the factory color match batches we sent out on November 24th, the holiday delivery orders only, will be back here early next week. We will get on those immediately so we can get them shipped out to you.

All non-holiday delivery orders from those factory color match batches will be back to the shop before Christmas. They will have priority, and we will wrap those up as quickly as possible.

We have more factory color match orders that we are bundling up, and getting ready to go out sometime late next week. The vast majority of those orders are from the People’s Sale, and the Thanksgiving Sale.

Polish Batch Update

We do have a batch of polish from the November 24th Update that should be back to us early next week as well. Those orders will also ship in time for the holidays.

Shipping Issues Due to COVID

Speaking of shipping please, have a look at the following information concerning the major carriers, and how delivery is being effected due to the Covid Pandemic.

We cannot stress this enough once the package leaves our facility there are no guarantees anymore including Next Day Air shipments.

We have had customers beating up our team members because the carrier was a few hours late on a 10:30 A.M. delivery or even a day later, and then charging back. We will pursue these charge backs vigorously in small claims court. We have in this the past, and we win them.

We really hate to post this, but please understand once the item leaves our facility we cannot control the carrier in question. We have had issues with all three services on express mail, 2-Day, etc.

We are all impacted remember this… As we get closer to Christmas, and the gift giving days between Christmas and New Years, we will upgrade to express mail, or standard overnight mail in an effort to ensure we get you your item to give to your loved ones, and friends.

PayPal Disputes

We are having people dispute their PayPal payments. We are immediately doing as we said, not even putting a response up on those. We are granting the refund, and canceling the order if it has not yet shipped.

We are getting some flack on that too. Our payment policy has always been clear, regardless if we are running our biggest event of the year, or a normal day.

Our Payment Terms are linked on your invoice copy, and also at the footer of our website. Those pages are filled with all kinds of information for you to review prior to purchasing from us. We are here to help you, and talk to you. Just shoot us an email, or pickup the phone and call us.

Want us to refund your Paypal because it was an instant payment?
Ask us to do so, and we can re-bill you when the parts are ready to ship.

Our team is flexible, and understanding, just talk to us. You do not have to chase us for days, or weeks to get someone on the phone or answer your emails. We respond to emails promptly within the auto-responder time limit.

Yes, after hours you may get the voicemail. If so leave your call back number and we will call you back. Thank you in advance again on this. We truly appreciate, and value all of you. Help us, help you, that’s all we ask.

Stock Statuses

All stock statues have been updated in each individual product on the website. We are building more product daily to replenish, and keep pace. Please remember, if you ordered during The People’s Sale to review the articles and what to expect again they are still on the website.  

Satin Catch Cans

All Satin catch cans through December 4th are clearing assembly, and will be in shipping within the day. Satin cans are shipping within 7 business days of ordering, based on the volume we are getting.

If you need your can shipped sooner, please let us know in the order comments, or if calling in to place your order to let us know on the phone.
