Manufacturing Update December 11, 2020

Good afternoon everyone. Happy Friday, and Happiest of Holidays to all of our friends, and customers. We appreciate you guys and gals so much. Thank you for the amazing opportunities you have provided our team this year to earn your trust, and support.

As we mentioned in the early spring, when all of our worlds turned upside down literally, that we would be here with you, and we are and will continue to be. From great products made by the fantastic people here at Team BT, to the fun giveaways, and contests, will roll out the remainder of 2020 together as family.  We are all pulling for better days once the clock strikes midnight on December 31st and it will be so and believe!

Color Batches In and Out

Today will keep it brief. The matte blue and standard blue are back in, and we sent a batch of matte black out.

Family, we are keeping the batches to holiday delivery requests, and sending them in what we will call “drive by’s”. This way we can get them back in quicker (less rack time), and prepare new batches to go out as we replenish product.

If you get the voicemail, leave your call back number so we can return your call. From 12:00 to 12:30 the bulk of the team does go to lunch, so that is usually when you will get the voicemail. We will call you back after we come back in from lunch.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping within 7 business days of ordering, or sooner. If you need us to ship your satin catch can the next business day, just let us know over the phone if you are calling in, or put it in the order comments section when checking out online. We will take care of that for you.

Factory Color Match Holiday Delivery Orders

We will have a bunch of the factory color match holiday orders coming in next week from our vendor partner. We will get those knocked out ASAP, so we can get the packages out the door to you for the holidays.

Please remember, from our update on December 9th, once the package leaves our facility we are not responsible for any shipping delays by the shipping providers. Because of the Covid 19 pandemic UPS, FedEx, and USPS have updated their respective websites as it relates to possible delays. We linked you to that information on the December 9th Update.

As we approach the holiday gift giving week, between Christmas and New Years, we are being mindful, and will adjust how we ship as we get closer. Please see the December 9th Update for more information.

Holiday Schedules

Speaking of the Christmas and New Years week, your Billet Tech Team is working until until 1:00 P.M. December 23rd, and then we will break for The Christmas weekend.

We we will return to the shop on Monday, December 28th to continue producing and shipping product to you.

Late next week, we will give a full update on our Christmas and New Years schedule. We will include the schedules of our vendor partners in next week’s update.

Our team usually takes the last couple days of the year to do heavy maintenance, and this year will be no different. We will be producing parts, and getting shipments out all the way until the end of the year.
