Manufacturing Update December 12th, 2017

Good afternoon everyone.  A heartfelt welcome to all new new customers.  We sincerely appreciate everyone who comes in and takes a look at these updates as it is our most effective and efficient way of keeping all customers in the loop concerning your orders and order statues on a broad scale.  As always if you need additional information, don’t see what you are looking for here as it relates to your order in the manufacturing process, then please do not hesitate to reach out to us via phone or email.  

Holiday Delivery

Our primary focus today on this update is holiday delivery requests or requests for delivery before the end of the year.  The finishes that did go to plate and powder coat are reflective of those requests.  We hope to have one more run up to the plater (anodize) prior to their shutdown on the 21st and we will get as much back in as possible and put priority on those items.

Please know folks our suppliers are working hard to get these orders in to us from colors quickly and without compromise. We will start on all products as soon as they come back in to complete and ship them prior to December 22nd.  If need be, and was already covered in prior updates, we can and will arrange for holiday / weekend delivery during the Christmas weekend (USPS does delivery on Saturday and Sunday and UPS now does Saturday home delivery).  USPS also will deliver packages on Christmas Day and we have sent packages out in prior years with that option. Once again we cannot promise a holiday delivery but please know we are working hard to make those requests happen even up until the past day or two on those requests.  

Out of Stock Items

As this is undoubtedly our busiest time of the year post Encore Sale and even with orders still flowing steadily into the facility we are continually building and replenishing product to keep items readily available to us to go to finishes as needed.  We are completely out of the following items at the present time:

• Sigma Series Oil Dipsticks (will be running another round before the end of the month)
• 2005-2007 Shifter Plate Inserts (next run will be January 2018). This is a product we brought back from the discontinued list a year ago, and its remained popular even more so during the Encore Event. We sold out very quickly on these and will be making another run to cover all open orders.  
• Fuse Box Covers. We are completely out on all sizes for the cars.  We are running them now and expect little delay except for those that may be effected on getting anything out to finish prior to holiday closings of our outside suppliers.
• 3MM Wheel Spacers sold briskly during the sale. We are now sold out and will make another run in early January. We are going to try to sneak in a run before the end of the year and if we are able to get them in will notify everyone via these updates.  Only folks who ordered multiple products over the past couple weeks are effected here. Anyone who placed an order just for spacers through December 1st has shipped.  

Satin Catch Cans

All orders from November 21st, through today (December 12th) we have inventory and those orders are either entering the assembly area for build and/or heading into final packaging to ship.  We have 491 units as of today to assembly and ship in satin. This does not include any private label customers.  We do keep on our website that satin orders may take up to two weeks to ship to you.  We are doing our best to keep that in line and will definite keep it within a three week span.

If you have a satin can and you need it to ship ASAP, please email or call us so we can get one built and out the door to you.  Some of these may be Christmas presents and you may be looking at these MFG Updates for the first time and not realizing or have read our lead-time info.  We are here to help so please reach out.  We thank you always for your support and loyalty.  

Satin Under hood pieces we are also engraving and shipping every day on those in order of receipt since we do keep all parts in machine satin and blank.  These pieces include caps such as the oil cap, radiator cap ect, as well as throttle body covers, coolant overflow covers, etc.  

30% Credit Card Deposits | Instant PayPal Payments

Please be mindful of the 30% deposit to begin work on any new business (refundable immediately if you cancel prior to completion, non refundable on custom work that has been approved).  Also please be mindful of disputing any Paypal payments.  Remember Paypal is instant and our policy is clear on payments.  If you are uncomfortable with that or you are a new client and have reservations, contact us we will work with you.  Anyone that disputes prior to us shipping we will issue that refund and cancel the order. We don’t have time to go through the dispute process when we are clear about how we operate and are upfront with our customers.

We are here to help and work with you allow us that opportunity to do so.  Also please be mindful of your charge card statements and call us with any questions. Once more payment information and how you paid is located on your invoice copy you receive via email, and also the “Thank You” page view upon completing your online order.  If you have any questions we can be reached Monday through Friday 6:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. Custom Art work rendering Approvals

If you have a custom order, and quite a few of these are customs, please be sure to keep an eye out on your inbox for an email from Nick (aka Nick Billet).  We do not cut any custom parts until you approve the renderings. So the sooner you approve those renderings (artwork), the sooner we can get started and your order wrapped up and shipped out.
