Manufacturing Update December 13th, 2013

Happy Friday The 13th BT Nation! No bad luck here! Friday is always a good day and we are lucky to have all of you as our friends and customers even more so during The Holiday Season.

Order Status Updates

Please be sure to add orderstatus@billettechnology.com to your email contacts list. We are sending updates several times per week.

Christmas & Holiday Delivery

If you placed an order during the Countdown Sale and requested a Holiday or Christmas Delivery, and the products ordered were In Stock your items will ship out to you in time for the holidays.

Folks who placed Post Countdown Orders and also requested Christmas Delivery, we are going to get your orders out to you on time as well.

Some orders may get there right at Christmas Eve, but we are going to get your products to you. Team BT is also mindful of “must have by” dates that many of you requested, and we are expediting those orders in preparation for shipping next week.

Lead Times

By mid to late January new orders should be back to our standard 20 business day lead-time. We will keep everyone posted and of course once again please call or email support@billettechnology.com for current product availability.

Where we are going to hit the wall here soon is with outside processes such as anodize, powder coating and polishing.

Thursday, December 19th will be the last day we will be able to get any products back in the shop from those processes.

We have a lot of parts out for finishing right now, and will have at least one maybe two more rounds of products going to outside vendors for anodize, powder coat and polishing.

Team BT will be working thru the holidays to get your parts that do come back in from these vendors, before Christmas and New Year’s break buttoned up and shipped out to you.

Our material suppliers are open for business and we will continue to machine parts so they will be ready to go to outside process bright and early January 6th.

Stock Status

Team BT was well prepared this year for the Countdown Sale and pleased to say that a lot of our clients have received shipments or will have a shipping notification in their email today, or next week. With that said, we have remained extremely busy on new business post countdown, thus experiencing multiple shortages on many products right now.

You may notice the availability of some products jump around over the next 3-5 weeks. The reason is we are manufacturing small runs of some parts to fulfill current orders.

Valve & Coil Pack Covers

We are getting a lot of questions on valve covers and coil pack covers as many of our customers on this run are winter builds in anticipation of spring season.

Valve Covers

Valve Cover material is here. We will take first machine cuts any day now (hoping to start the 14th tomorrow). We will have all sets out the door baring any issues in late January and early February.

We have very limited sets left that can be sold on this run. Great thing on these types of purchases you can use Bill Me Later through Paypal to help ya spread some of that cash out.

Coil Pack Covers

Coil pack covers are under way, the first cuts being made this morning. There is an outside chance that satin finish coil pack covers will ship before the end of the year. If not, expect delivery to start early to mid January. Coil Pack Covers with color, polish and designer series shipping late January into early February (customs).

We have very limited spots left on this run. Keep an eye out on future product tables or right on the product page itself. We will let you know when we are sold out.

Under Hood Kits

Under hood kits are also moving at a brisk pace this holiday season. We have miscellaneous parts of each of those kits currently in production therefore, we are not able to put together a full kit for many of you guys and gals yet.

Many countdown orders made it, some did not. Orders placed on or after December 1st will not get a delivery until early January, with a few exceptions.

Please keep an eye on your inbox for order status update emails, and of course you can give us a call if in doubt for the latest information. We are not going to over promise you in hopes of surprising you with a quicker delivery than we may tell you (this will be the case we promise you).

GTO Owners

Friends we have not forgotten you. Your catch cans will start to ship again late the week of December 30th. We also will open up another round of group buys for arrows and side badges and under hood parts late January 2014.

BT Holiday Schedule

The BT Facility will be closed starting at noon December 23rd through December 25th.

The shop will be open on December 26th and 27th however, phone service and limited email will be effective Christmas week.

We are concentrating on getting product produced the rest of that week with most of our staff on the shop floor the remainder of that week.

New Year’s week we be closed on New Year’s Day and open normal business hours the rest of the week.
