Manufacturing Update December 14, 2016
Good afternoon everyone.
As promised we will be keeping these updates coming on a regular basis with information on when your orders come back in from outside services and when they go out for finishes.
Shipping Information Emails and Required Signatures
When your orders ships you will receive an automatic email with tracking details. Please add info@billettechnology.net to your inbox contacts to avoid these notifications from going into your spam or junk mail.
When you receive your shipping and tracking info please remember that any order over $50 will be requiring a signature. Please pay close attention to your invoice copy. All billings are coming from Vertex Precision Inc, it says so at the bottom of your invoice copy in blue and bold.
We unfortunately are dealing with a rash of charge backs on items shipped where customers are not fully understanding BT is just a brand name. When in doubt call us. After speaking with our merchant provider and to help alleviate the headaches here we have no choice but to require a signature on orders over $50. Please call us with any questions or concerns you may have about this.
Product Inventory Status and Lead-times
All products have been updated as of December 14th to reflect current inventory status. We will be in extended lead-time through mid January. The biggest hold and stoppage will be that all colors that go out for outside services between now and December 20th we must receive it back to either:
- ship it complete to you
- push it into the engrave que
We have another large batch of colors heading out again before the end of this week then another round on the 20th before our plater closes on the 23rd until after the holidays.
Holiday and Non-Holiday Orders Priority
Orders which requested Holiday Delivery are given priority and will be inspected, engraved, assembled (as needed), then shipped as quickly as possible. Team BT is working hard to meet your holiday needs while providing you with the outstanding quality you expect from us.
We will move as efficiently as possible to get the non holiday orders engraved, and shipped quickly. Please understand due to the volume in here right now your order could stay in the engrave que or final process que for a week or longer.
Team BT will be working all week next week with a limited staff on the 23rd to strictly package and ship holiday orders. If you have any questions at all please call us we are here to assist you and get your items to you as quickly as possible without compromise.
Red Anodize Parts are Back from Finish
The red anodize items from our December 1st update are back from the finisher. All orders that need engraving we are clearing those out of inspection and moving into the engrave que. Any orders from this red batch that came back in requesting a holiday delivery, these orders will be worked on first so that we can ship them in time for Christmas/Holiday delivery.
The information below is in regards to Red Anodize Parts specifically. We will publish updates for other colors as they return from finish.
Catch Cans
All catch can orders after inspection will be moving into assembly. Please allow us a few days to get these cans built, final inspected, packaged and shipped.
