Manufacturing Update December 15, 2020

Good evening family. Thank you all again for your generous support, and trust. Today’s update will be brief, just hitting the high points, some quick info, and letting you know what has come back in, and gone out for finishes.

Colors In, Colors Out

Today we sent batches of plum powder coat, standard clear anodize out for plating.

We received the batches of copper (both finishes), standard blue, standard black anodize, as well as the polish batch back in. The team has jumped right on these getting them separated, and into final processes.

If you see your order has returned, please give us a few days to get them engraved, assembled, packaged and shipped to you. If you have any questions, please call (561.582.6171) or email us.

Holiday Delivery

The holiday delivery orders are being expediting as quickly as possible. Please be mindful that due to Covid-19 and overwhelming volume or packages being sent nationwide as well as worldwide the major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) are experiencing delays.

We will start to Express Mail (overnights beginning on December 22nd) to ensure those holiday delivers.

Satin Catch Cans

Satin catch cans are shipping within 7 business days of ordering, or sooner.

Do you need us to ship your satin catch can the next business day?
If you order by phone, just let the friendly BT Teammate who is taking your call know, and we will handle that for you.  

If you order online, just let us know in the comments section when checking out.

All satin catch cans through December 12th have shipped or are clearing assembly and heading into package now.

Pending Shipment Status

If you login to your store account and see your order has been changed to pending shipment (especially on the satin catch cans), it means within a couple days your order will ship.

There is literally so much stuff in the shipping queue right now. Please allow us a few days to get everything packaged up, and out to you. Yes, as mentioned, we are mindful of these holiday deliveries.

Credit Card Reauthorization

We are also reauthorizing the credit cards on the items coming back in from finish. So any “pendings” on your debit, or credit cards, from us, is the balance due on your order.
