Manufacturing Update December 18, 2019

Good afternoon everyone, and happiest of holidays once more from the team. Thank you for the well wishes, love, support, and trust you place in all of us. We would also like to thank all of our awesome customers who have been sending in treats, and goodies to the crew. We appreciate it so much. We are humbled, and grateful, to have the best customers!

White & Yellow Batches

Family the first thing we want to address is the yellow batch that went to powder coat on December 9th, and the white batch that went on November 25th. Our powder coater accidentally did the yellow as white, and the white as yellow. Fortunately we have all holiday requests covered for those two finishes.

What we did is we went ahead and kept those batches and pulled parts from those mixups to process orders that are in the queue right now, such as catch cans, to get them shipped to customers out ahead of Christmas.

We sent new batches out for both yellow and white today, along with parts for the mixed up orders.

Our powder coater is going to knock out these two batches over the next couple of days. We should be able to go get them on Friday afternoon and get some of those parts out on Monday, December 23rd.

Standard Red Anodize

Family, the standard red anodize we sent out on December 5th is being wrapped up at plating right now. There are close to two thousand pieces in that batch (literally). There are also several Christmas/Holiday delivery requests in that batch of red.

We will be getting it back in on or before Friday. Once we do, we will get on the holiday requests immediately, and get the parts that need engraving completed on December 21st and 22nd.

Any holiday delivery requests in red, will ship on December 23rd via express mail to ensure a Christmas Eve or Christmas Day delivery (yes Christmas Day delivery), Weather permitting of course. Your BT Team will have those red orders with holiday requests out the door Monday the 23rd.

Standard Black Anodize

The standard black anodize batch that went out to plating on December 5th we are on the bubble. Again there are just as many pieces in that black batch as there are in the red batch. If we can’t get the black out before Christmas it will come out right after.

We will let everyone who is on the bubble know on Friday as soon as we know your order’s status.

Batches in the Pipe

We are still wrapping up a bunch of the blue, purple, racing red metallic, titanium, F8 Green, and lime green metallic,  from the batches that have come in this past 7-10 days.

Call if you need a holiday delivery, and you see your order is back. Anyone that already requested holiday delivery for orders in those batches, we have you covered.

However, you still have time if you see your order is back and you need us to bump you up to a holiday delivery. We are working to get through as many of these by close of business on December 23rd so we can get those orders shipped.

Satin Machine Finish Parts

Satin machine finish parts are engraving daily. Those of you that have been ordering all through the month ,we are shipping your satin machine finished under hood pieces to you in about 10 days (as long as we have inventory, and we do on most parts).

Copper/Bronze & Clear is Back

Finally we got the copper back (all finishes) and the clear anodize. All holiday requests we have pulled them, and started work to complete those orders, to get those parts shipped on either the 19th, 20th, or 23rd, in time for Christmas.

Stock Statuses

The team is busy replenishing inventory as we prepare this update.

Besides the valve covers here is what is out and what is running or will be running. Everything else in our product line up we have stock.

Hood prop covers:
Manufacturing starts December 30th satin will start to ship second week of January

Coil pack covers:
Manufacturing will start January 2nd. Material is here.

Hellcat/Demon oil dipsticks:
Parts are manufactured and we are just waiting on the factory dipsticks to get here to attach our parts, and then ship them. They are scheduled to arrive the week of December 30th.

2005-2010 Washer fluid caps:
These are on the machine, and we will start to ship the back orders from the under hood kits right after Christmas break. Colors that went out today (matte black, yellow and white) we have caps in those batches, the rest will go to colors and polish after Christmas.

2005-2012 Throttle Body covers:
These will be on the machine the week of January 6th.

Coolant Tanks:
Coolant tanks (and there are A LOT of them) will complete this production run right after Christmas. Satin machine finish covers on backorder will start to ship the sometime the second week of January. Color will go out all though January until we ship all backorders.

We are building inventory not only to cover all the holiday orders, but to replenish for new business moving forward.

Satin Catch Cans

All orders through the 16h are either shipped, in packaging, or heading into packaging. If you see your order has moved to “ready to ship” when you log in to your account then we are buttoning up assembly, and getting ready to ship it out.

Strictly based on the current volume of orders please allow 10 business days to ship. While we are getting many orders out before that, 10 days is what we can stand behind currently as we have taken in close to 900 can orders all styles and finishes in the past 3 weeks.

Need a Christmas delivery on a satin catch can? Have your order in on December 23rd by 10:00 A.M., and we can get you one shipped via Express Mail for Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day delivery.

Friends as mentioned above call us, or yes, email us. Now is one of the busiest times for all of us. If you get our voicemail, we aren’t ignoring you, we’re working for you. We may be in the shop working where it’s hard to hear, or in shipping to get parts out to you. The office staff also rotates into the shop to work.

Leave that call back number if you get the voicemail and we will call you back as soon as we can. Not days, or weeks, or no return call at all, we get to you usually within a couple of hours. If it’s after 3:30 P.M., eastern, we get back to you the next morning. Help us, help you leave those call back digits. We want to talk to you!

Thank You, Thank You, and Thank You

Before we close, thank you all for the wonderful support you have shown us all year long. It’s simply mind blowing to the group, here at our facility, how generous you guys and gals have been to us both with your hard earned dollars, your over all good vibes, and friendships.

We are so pleased to let you know that we have taken delivery of a brand new CNC Mill that will be making chips the first week of January. Many of you who placed orders during the sale have already received them, or you see your order and parts are out at finish. Your commitment to our group is appreciated, and it is our responsibility as a company to reinvest that into you our customers with technology, service, and yes our continued up front, and open door policy to our operations.

Communication, transparency, respect for our fellow competitors by not copying them (as is blatantly done to us) and respect to you, our customers, cost nothing and are the most valuable aspect of any business. Those are our own values, and will continue to be in 2020 as they have been since day one of our brand going back to the summer of 2005.
