Manufacturing Update December 19, 2022

Good afternoon BT family and friends. Happiest of Holidays to all of you. As always Team BT appreciates all the generous and wonderful support we have received not just this holiday season but year round. Thank you will never be enough.

Holiday Hours

We are heading in to the Christmas weekend and your BT Team is working hard to get as much out the door as we can prior to shutting down for the Christmas weekend in a few short days.

Team BT will be closed Friday, December 23rd through Monday, December 26th and reopen again on Tuesday, December 27th.

We will post a holiday hours article, and a couple more surprises, so please be sure to tune in to the website and our social media channels for details.

As we mentioned last month during The People’s Sale, many of our vendor partners are closing the end of this week and will not be returning until January 3rd.

Colors In & Out

We have received back the batch of matte red today, and sent out a batches of matte black and standard red anodize that will be completed prior to our anodizer shutting down for the holidays (Friday, December 23rd).

Sublime

We have secured another paint source local to us. The work is top quality with no issues on pealing or flaking so we have control of the process again in our back yard.

We sent a big batch of sublime out last week to this painter. We should be seeing that batch back before the new year. Once that batch arrives in the shop, we will get started on it so we can ship all those older orders out to you in early January.

There are also many current orders from this holiday season in with our new paint source, so its a wide swath of order numbers we have covered there.

TorRed and Destroyer Grey are Back

Extremely good news we have the TorRed and Destroyer Grey back in the facility this afternoon. Many old orders are in these batches. Those orders have priority right now so we can get you your items out asap.

Stand alone catch cans are shipping first, then orders with combos of everything. We always thank you for hanging in there with us as these got done. We promise you will not be disappointed.

Inventory

We have been rebuilding inventory all this month as we did sell out on many items over the past month. We are running small “just in time” production runs to keep satin machine finishes flowing and and have colors ready to go out.

Early January will be another big round of shipping on everything that does not make it out before the holiday break.

We have some inventory to report on also:

Coil Pack Covers

Material was ordered on Friday, December 16th. We will start the next production run the second week of January.

Hellcat Supercharger Coolant Reservoir Covers

These are sold out. Material will be ordered next week for early January production.

Trackhawk & Durango Super Charger Coolant Reservoir Covers

These are also sold out. Next production run is scheduled for the second week of January.

That may change depending on when we receive our material drop for those. Our material suppliers are also breaking and have limited schedules now through January 3rd.

Manifold Baffle Covers

Baffle Covers are running now. Satin machine finishes will start to ship early January. Colored backorders will start going to finish right after the new year.

Throttle Body Covers (all years and styles)

These are on the machine now satin machine finishes will start to ship next week on backorders, colors will be going to finishes in early January and shipping as they come back in.

Beverage Deletes

We have very limited stock of Beverage Deletes in various finishes. We will restock in early January and ship any back orders starting around the 3rd week of January until everyone is cleaned up.

Power Seat Covers

Again, the surprise of the holiday season. We ran a bunch of those off  in October and these are just selling like crazy again. We have limited stock and will be making more to cover back orders that have not gone to finishes yet, and to restock the second week of January.

Satin Machine Finish Catch Cans

Satin machine finish catch cans are shipping within 3-5 days. We have plenty of stock and it is our number one seller.

If you need us to ship your satin machine finish catch can the next day after you order it please do let us know in the order comments when self checking out, or if ordering by phone let the friendly BT sales rep know and it will be handled.

If you are wanting black powder coated fittings we have another big batch out due in this week and we can offer you black nickel plated in lieu of black powder coat if you are in a rush.

Otherwise all cans with black fittings will start to ship again next week. We do have some color cans that are back in waiting for black fittings and those will go first as soon as we get our shipment back from powder coating..
