Manufacturing Update December 20, 2023

Good afternoon BT Family and Friends. Welcome. First, as always, our team thanks you! Thank you for an amazing holiday season. Thank you for staying the course in what may have been one of the most trying times we had this year. This is why we always say it’s so much more than the bling in the box, it truly is the connections made over these past two decades that last long after the cars are gone. A sincere and heartfelt thank you.

Colors In & Out

Folks we are going to keep it lean and mean today. The batches of Blue (standard and matte), Standard Red from out last update have returned.

The batches of Clear (standard and matte), Matte Black, Titanium (standard and matte), Orange & Burnt Orange anodize have gone out, and come back in since our last update

We also sent out batches of Standard Black and Polish.

Check the tables for more information on what’s gone out, what’s come back in and a few other odds and ends. Paint match is still a bit of long haul here but it’s coming in.

There will be no more items going out for any finishes now until the first week of January. Many of our vendor partners are closed next week for the holidays. Expect lots of stuff to head out right after New Years Day.

Factory Color Match

If you want to do paint match please expect to wait but not like it was at the beginning of the year. On the update from earlier this month we covered a lot of the issues here this year and those who came in and visited saw them first hand as well.

We may have to do an “addendum” to this update to check back in. We have stuff that has arrived in from paint that we still have to finish checking in. We will add it here or do a supplemental separate update early next week. However we do have one batch of Octane Red that went out, and has come back in since our last update. Please see the tables below the article for more information.

Holiday Schedule

Just a heads up The BT Team is will be taking a couple days off for Christmas and New Years.

Friday, December 22nd
We will be wrapping up our day at 12:00 P.M. Eastern Time and will not return to the shop until after the break.

Tuesday, December 26th
Team BT returns to work, phones live t 6:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time. We will be in for normal business hours December 27th and 28th.

Friday, December 29th
We will be closing at noon eastern for the New Years Holiday weekend.

Tuesday, January 2nd
Team BT will return Tuesday the second to start 2024 fresh with all of you.

Holiday Shipping

We will be shipping packages next week keep an eye on your inboxes and PLEASE do not panic if you do not see your UPSPS tracking working. It’s that time of year where all the carriers are just slammed. We have had several folks kindly notify us that their package arrived safely even with tracking not being updated or no tracking info showing at all. All carriers are letting you know on their websites too that they are simply bogged down.

Inventory

Quick stock status update. We are in really good shape on inventory again.

Coolant Tank Covers

We have plenty of the big coolant tank covers back on the shelf in raw satin machine finish ready to ship and colors have been going out for finish and will continue to go out to finishes all through January.

Catch Cans

Satin finish catch cans are shipping daily and shipping within 3 business days from the time you order.

We also sold out during The People’s Sale. We don’t have many on order and we tentative have plans to run those the third week of January.

The Rest

Everything else we have stock on as mentioned in machine satin blank ready to be engraved to your specifications, or as many of our clients have been doing they are buying just the satin machine parts form us sending them to their preferred painter or powder coater then popping them back over to us to engrave or customize. If you are interested in that option just give us a call or send an email on in to us and we will go over the details with you.
