Manufacturing Update December 9, 2015

Folks always we must start each update or communication with you by simply saying THANK YOU! Thank you for the tremendous year that has been 2015. We have traveled a long road together these past 10 years and its been a good one. Sure they have been some twists, turns, bumps, and downright close calls, but its been one awesome ride and we are ready to kick into the second decade that is this little venture called Billet Technology in 2016. So again our thanks.

Orange, Green or Clear Anodize

First order of business today is to let everyone know that those who received an order status update last week regarding your orange, green or clear anodize order, your products are back from outside process and are being inspected now. Once Neal clears those out we will begin shipping and or moving the pieces out into the shop for engraving. We will update those of you who had those emails in your inbox over the weekend with a fresh status update in a few days. Some of you your orders will ship after clear inspection so please be on the look out for a shipping notice when that is the case.

White, Polish and Purple

Second those of you who have orders in here through December 1st and you ordered in white, polish, and purple your parts have gone to outside services today (December 9th). We should have those items back in house the middle of next week. All blue, red and black that has not shipped through December 1st will be going to outside processes by Friday, December 11th. We will keep everyone up to date. If you have an order after that December 1st and it has not shipped we will begin getting your items out to outside services (if required) late next week.

Out of Stock Items

We have a brand new product table that is 100% up to date as of today. You will notice lots of under hood pieces such as the full kits, fuse boxes, throttle body covers and PCV Covers we are low or totally out of stock. We do have run times for these items scheduled in before the end of the month. If you have any questions about this and the impact it may have on your order after December 1st please call us or you can also email us for the latest information.

We have put an ETA to manufacture on these items by the end of December however, we more than likely will be running many of the out of stock items beginning even this week so please keep an eye out out on individual products you are looking at for the latest availability information (we are updating those at least once per week).

Water Necks

One of the biggest sellers during this years sale and even into early December has been water necks. We are running them right now and shipping will begin late next week in satin. We should have all colors and polish out to plate before December 23rd.

Catch Cans

Catch Cans all styles we are running low meaning demand is outstripping our ability to supply at the present time so we have moved all of these product offerings to low stock even though we are manufacturing this product continually (always in production). We should start to see all the bottlenecks on catch cans begin to smooth out towards the end of the month. As quickly as we are putting colors and polish back on the shelf they are shipping immediately. Please call us if you have any questions at all we are here to help.

Hood and Trunk Shock Covers

Another hot seller during the countdown and early this month has also been our hood and trunk shock covers. We are completely sold out. If you purchased green, orange or clear anodize as well as purple on these products we have you covered. Everyone else we are either shipped you from stock or will be updating you within the week to let you know an ETA on when we will be shipping your product. We will not be able to put these on the machine again until sometime in early January so we do ask for your patience as we get them produced and back on the shelf. Hellcat ABS Covers

Hellcat ABS Covers are took first cuts however, we had to pull that job off the machine for something else and will go back and finish those up before the end of the month. We apologize for the push back on that item and will work hard to expedite those as soon as we can put them back on to finish them off. Hellcat dipsticks will also go on sale before the end of December you will like what we are preparing to launch on this product to stay tuned.

Charger Front Nose Badges

We are discontinuing Charger front nose badges after our supplies run out. These items just do not move as they once did therefore, this is the last call. We can always bring this product back as a group buy later on if enough interest is there. At one time this product was one of our most popular sellers and to this day the most one off’ed product in BT history. Thank you to all our customers for your support there we had a lot of fun with that product the past 10 years and many memories and friendships made over a badge or all things!!

Team BT Working Through the Holiday Season

Please remember that the BT Team is working all through the holiday season this year as we have in the past. We will be able to send out anodize and powder coating all the way until December 22nd and we intend to do just that with multiple runs to and from anodize and powder coat schedule the remainder of this week and all into next. Anodize will reopen again on January 4th and it is our goal to have as much as possible up to color before that process shuts down for the rest of the year.
