Manufacturing Update February 22, 2018

Good afternoon everyone.  Welcome to another Manufacturing Update.  We certainly appreciate those of you who stop in and follow along on the updates, thank you for your support and trust.  

Coolant Tank Covers

We know many of you with satin coolant tank covers are getting antsy. We are on final passes now for the surface finishes to give the piece the smooth glass like look that you come to expect from Team BT.  We will begin shipping those tomorrow afternoon and all next week. We have several covers that are heading for color with today’s items that went for plate and powder coat as well.

We had a LOT of these to run and we appreciate you guys and gals.  This was the number one seller besides the catch can during the Encore / Countdown sale and has been one of our most popular products into the new year also.  Thank you.  

Out of Stock and Low Stock Items

2018 is off to a record breaker so far we have been shattering sales, and then some, each and every day. To say we are blown away by the support and trust is an understatement.  Please remember we are continually in production on catch cans and we are always in build rotation on all of our products.

Each and every time you visit our facility there is only one area of the shop where there is “stock” and that’s the “bond room” closet.  There is usually very little of it as each and every piece you see on shelves here is sold and either waiting for engrave or heading for plate.  

With that said here are the out of stock/low stock items.  

• Unistrut covers we are out of stock. Next MFG Run will be early March 
• Sigma Series Radiator Cap Cover and Hellcat Coolant Cap Cover no stock. Material is ordered will be running these again the week of March 12th
• Fuse Box Covers for 2011-2018 Chargers and 2015-2018 Challengers we have no stock. Material is ordered and will be running these again the week of March 12th
• Throttle Body Cover for 2013 and up and Hellcat Bypass Covers no stock.  Material is ordered and will be running these again the week of March 12th
• Ram fuse box covers we only have two orders currently and will be moving those out to mid March for the next run and to replenish inventory.  
• Brake fluid caps for 2017 and up Rams we are sold out.  Material is ordered and will be running these again the week of March 12th.
• Unistrut Covers we have no stock.  Material is here now we are just waiting for a machine to open to put these on. We are hoping to begin running them later next week or the first week of March.
• Washer fluid caps 2004-2018 both sizes we are sold out as of February 19th.  We will be ordering material for these next week and have them on the machine late the week of March 12th.
• 6.1 Oil Caps are sold out.  Material will be ordered the week of February 26th and these will go on for another un the week of March 19th.
• Coil Pack Covers are sold out.  Material will be ordered the week of March 12th and these will go on the week of March 19th to fill current back orders and get some more stock on the shelf.
• Valve Covers we are on schedule to begin this years production run in late March.  We are running inventory to cover what should be requirements for 2018 on future biz too.  Once machining starts would be the proper time to order if this is a product you definite will be purchasing.  If you any questions at all please give us a call.
• Hellcat thermostat housings aka water necks are running now. Satins will start to ship late next week.  Colors and polish will be shipping in March.  
• Non Hellcat Water Necks we are very low on stock now.  The next mfg run on those is tentative for late March both tapped and standard styles.  

Please be mindful all dates above are tentative and scheduled in.  If something changes we will post that information in the updates that’s why we do these so our current customers can keep track of what’s up and anyone who may be thinking about placing an order can follow along with how we do what we do.  

Orders Out to Finish

Finally listed below are the orders that went out for finish.  Please understand once the parts go out for finish we are waiting as you do. As soon as things come back in we update you immediately.  Our outside suppliers and partners are “top shelf” and the best in their craft.  We do not rush them and these are companies and individuals who work very hard. We partner with them for a reason because they are the best period.  This is what we expect and what we deliver to you each time you open that box.

If you want it now we will not be that company for you.  If you want the best product made by skilled individuals designed by top people in their craft and want a superior product we are the company for you.  Welcome.  For those looking and stopping in we welcome you as well, and hope to one day in the future have you as part of the family.
