Manufacturing Update February 23, 2017

Good afternoon everyone. Welcome to the last Thursday of February 2017 and the latest and greatest update here at Team BT. As always a major thank you for your support and business.

We still have quite a bit of anodize out at the moment and will be getting the bulk of the items we sent out during the week of February 13th back sometime next week. We have received the standard black back from that round that went out and we have updated the table below. We also sent a new round of black up on the 21st and those orders that went out are located in the appropriate table. A lot of strut covers, and catch cans as well as misc., items went on this round. We are pleased to let everyone know that all black cans on order through February 19th are out and covered in this round.

Speaking of being back on schedule we are also pleased to report that BULK of the countdown business as well as orders after into December and January are completed and entering final stages of completion. This includes all finishes. We are coming right back into standard lead-times or sooner on ALL product offerings now, and we certainly appreciate your support and trust there.

ABS Covers, Hellcat Coolant Reservoir Covers & Hood Props

ABS Covers, Hellcat coolant reservoir covers, as well as hood props are completed and nearing completion. Satin orders on those items will begin shipping within 7-10 days. Hood props in satin late the week of March 13th. All colors on these items will begin to show up on the next Manufacturing Updates next week.

Catch Cans

Catch Cans are shipping on lead-time and we are starting to pull all satin ones in now to within 3-5 days of ordering or sooner. Colors are now on lead-time or sooner (20 biz days).

Inventory

We are in good shape inventory wise on all products we offer as of this update. All parts are kept in machine satin and ready to be customized to your requests. If you follow our Instagram page you see the fun customer requests we put up nearly ever day. This is the hallmark of our business that separates us from others, you can get it how you want it. We enjoy working with you to create your vision and thank you for the opportunity to do this every day for you. Dollar for dollar there is no better value, fit or finish in the industry period! In this 42nd year and entering decade two of the BT Brand we take what we do and how we offer it seriously and again thank you for the opportunities.

Park Lock Outs

As of this update we are now completely sold out of Park Lock Outs. We had an amazing 10 year run on that part and put THOUSANDS of folks back on the road for less than $50 where the dealer charged you hundreds of dollars to make a very simple fix. As the 2005-2007 models start to get fewer and fewer on the road or have been fixed we made our last run in November and we stated that would be it.

If for some reason a spike in demand should happen at any one time we can always entertain another run, but for now that product is retired. Thank you everyone. Another community request brought to life in the very same fashion our catch can came to production with the help and with the input of the Modern Mopar community. Some companies will tout they test this or that, but it’s been Team BT blazing the trails with immersive interaction since day one of the modern Mopar platform. As hard as some try to make us go away it’s not happening and we have YOU to thank for it.

Spring Fest Requests

We have a number or SF requests this year as we have had in years prior. We should have everyone covered that made those requests and depending on what it is we may still be able to help fill an order for you but we must know soon. Anyone that we can’t ship prior to March 15th by 11:30 A.M., we will bring it with us to Irvine as members of our staff will be coming to the event to enjoy and socialize with our friends. No, we will not be selling you anything there we stopped doing that years ago, in order that we could attend races and functions and enjoy the weekend as you all do. For anyone that we will be bringing product out with us and you are attending we will reach out a couple days in advance to make arrangements to meet with you and deliver your items in person.
