Manufacturing Update February 28th, 2014

Folks its been just a little over a month since our last update and we apologize for the delay.  Lots of things going on on the manufacturing floor so lets get started.

As the holidays move further into our review mirror we have most of our inventory replenished and back on lead-time.  We may still run some into some bottlenecks here or there but be assured we are working hards to get you your products on lead-time.

PCV Covers

We know a lot of you guys and gals have been waiting for you’re color and polished PCV Covers.  We are shipping all those back orders out along with current orders up through February 24th.  Satin covers have been shipping.  We do have inventory on the shelf now all standard lead-times apply.  We do have the cap for those 392 covers fabricated and will be open up a group buy on the cap in mid March.

Challenger Shift Plates

Challenger Shift Plates are still on back order folks and we apologize  We do have a big of list of folks that are waiting (some countdown and post countdown).  We are finishing those up the first week of March and will have everyone out to outside processes by the second full week.  Everyone will be delivered and shipped by the third week of March.

We will be contacting folks with back orders this coming week and offering an additional discount for the delay.  This will be the last run of this product so if you are interested in picking up a Challenger Shift Plate now would be the time.  We will have approximately 45 left after we fill current orders.

Jeep Fuse Box Covers

Jeep Fuse Box Covers 2006-2010 and 2011-2014 are wrapping manufacture with some at plate.  Please call for the latest status.  If you have a 2006-2010 cover for your Jeep we will be contacting you on an individual basis and offering you some additional discounts for being way over due here.

Manifold Baffle Covers

Manifold Baffle Covers are also on back order.  We will have everyone cleaned up and shipped by the third week of March. If you have an order that it outside of lead-time we will be contacting you this week to offer you some additional discounts for the delay.

Water Necks

Water necks are back on the shelf and restocked.  All color and polished backorders are being filled daily now as we get them back from outside processes.  We should be in good shape moving forward now on current business.

Strut Covers

Strut Covers both styles are back in stock in satin and on lead-time once more for color and polish. All outstanding backorders will be shipped and on the way to your doorstep in the next week.  Thank you for your patience here.  Our lathes are pretty busy and running almost 24 hours a day now with one on catch cans exclusive.

Coil Pack Covers

The balance of the coil pack covers from this last quarterly run are on the machine now.  We will have those all shipped and out the door in the next 10 days.

Valve Covers

Valve Covers in Satin will begin shipping within the next 15-30 days.  Color and designer cuts looking at late March and into early April.   We are manufacturing hardware now and made a design change to accommodate all applications on one op.  This will include some supercharger applications.

Park Lock Outs

Park Lock Outs for your 2005-2007 Chrysler Pacifica and 300 along with your Dodge Charger, and Magnum are shipping daily once more.
