Manufacturing Update February 6, 2024

Good afternoon everyone. Welcome to February. As always our team appreciates and thanks all of you for your generous support and trust. You guys and gals are truly keeping us busy and we appreciate that very, very much.

Let’s jump on in and get you all up to speed.

Colors In & Out

Since our last update, we have had big batches of color go out for finishes and come back in. Many of you received your items already and others we are just wrapping up the engravings and customs items for you all.

We appreciate all of your patience as a good majority of these items were coolant tank covers which were long in the tooth and holiday sales orders. We will have most of these items shipped out in the next couple weeks if they have not shipped already.

We did send another batch of polish out on January 15th. That has not come back in yet but is due in sometime next week.

We sent out another round of black anodize as well as purple/matte purple today the date of this update (February 6th. Most of these pieces are items to complete orders that came back in from the January run’s of black and purple, as well as a bunch of Durango, TRX and Jeep Fuse box covers that recently came off the machine.

Factory Color Match

The Octane Red we sent out on December 14th is not back yet, we also expect that batch to come in shortly.

Today you will also see TorRed in the tables. This is stuff that has been out and additional add ons to that. The bulk of these pieces are completed and the add on will be finished and on the way back to us by the end of next week. This includes a bunch of coolant tanks and fuse box covers we sent to be added in to the batch as many of these orders were old.

We are getting a lot of folks with B5 Blue on order and some of it yes is quite old. We will be getting the bulk of the outstanding orders in B5 Blue out before the end of February.

Inventory Update

As is the case post holidays we definite get cleaned out of a bunch of stuff. We are rebuilding inventory now. Here is where we stand:

Water necks for 5.7, 6.1, & 392 Engines

We just completed our restocking run. Satin machine finishes are shipping. Colors some of gone out with the batches of black, purple and Torred today. We will be sending colors on those all through February. Most of these orders are from the holiday sales and right on in to this current month

Under Hood Kits

We are currently manufacturing washer caps, 6.1 oil cpas, abs covers, PCV Covers, Radiator Cap coves and will start getting part out to colors this month with satin machine finishes starting to ship towards the end of the month.

Dipsticks

Oil Dipsticks are also in manufacturing. Satin finishes will start to ship in two weeks, colors will head out for finishes starting later this month.

PCV Covers

We are shipping on older orders and will be finishing off our restocking run before the end of the month. Many colors that are older have shipped or are ready to shop finishing off the engravings. The older polished orders are out at polish and as soon as those come back in we will jump on them asap.

Ram, Jeep & Durango Fuse Box Covers

We manufactured half of what we need to fill. We will finish off the balance and have inventory back on the shelf by the end of the month.

Coolant Tank Covers

We have Satin Machine Finish in stock ready to ship unengraved immediately, as well as 15 and up fuse box covers.

Catch Cans

Satin catch cans we are getting low on inventory. We will have a lathe open up next week and we will bang out more cans. We are shipping satin cans within 3- 5 days from ordering.

RAM TRX, Jeep Trackhawk & Dodge Durango Waternecks

We are wrapping up the manufacturing run on those and will start shipping satin machine finishes late next week. Colors will start to go out for finishes starting late next week.

We will continue to rebuild and replenish inventory all through February and have most of our products back on the shelf in satin machine finishes in time for the spring thaw.

Custom engravings

We have a boat load of coolant tanks and fuse box covers in the engrave queue. We are shipping them as quickly as possible. It will be worth it and of course keep an eye on our social channels to see all the cool stuff coming off the machine now.
