Manufacturing Update January 10, 2020

Good afternoon family and welcome to the weekend. We have a quick supplemental update for everyone to let you know what has come back, and gone out for finishes.

Stock Statuses

All stock status remains unchanged from the January 6th update. The inventory status is 100% up to date for all products on the website. This information can be found in the availability section of each product’s page in the store. Catch Cans

Now that the holidays are completed, satin machine finish catch cans are once again shipping within 5-7 business days, or sooner. We have just about everyone out who ordered during Christmas week and New Years week assembled and in package and or shipped. Since returning from the New Year’s holiday break, the team has been hard at work assembling the cans that were ordered right before Christmas and immediately after.

All color cans have started to go to finishes again. Please call us (561.582.6171) or email if you have any questions.

Color Batches In

We received the yellow and white back from the mix up in December where our powder coater accidentally did the white as yellow, and the yellow as white.

All catch cans from those two batches are clearing assembly now and you guys and gals should be seeing your tracking numbers in your email boxes now and into early next week.

Any of the under hood, or misc pieces, you ordered that need engraving, or designer cuts, we have those items in the shop now to be completed.

Please allow us 7-10 days to complete any final processes such as engraving on those items prior to us shipping your pieces to you.

Color Batches Out

Today we sent out more racing red metallic, standard blue, matte blue anodize, along with standard purple, and matte purple, anodize. Please see the tables below this article for more details.

Black Batch from December 6th

We also are including the black from December 6th as “back” on this update as we do expect it in here no later than Tuesday morning. That was a massive batch of orders, and pieces, in that batch. The majority of those orders are from The People’s Sale, and we thank all of you for being so patient on that batch.

As soon as we get those parts in here, we will begin work immediately on those items. Many of you will start to see your orders pop in to ready to ship status, and shipping late next week on the black.

Credit Card Reauthorizations

Speaking of the black batch from December 6th, as you know on some of the orders we may have charged a 30% deposit to begin work. You may see on your credit card a reauthorization for the balance due on your orders. This is normal and NOT a charge. Reauthorizing a major batch of orders, where we have charged a deposit, or shipped partials out, saves us time, as authorization codes are only good for 30 days.

We will capture the remaining balance when the orders start going in to packaging. When in doubt call (561.582.6171) or email us. We answer the phone, check our emails, and reply to them in timely manner.
