Manufacturing Update December 6, 2019

Happy Friday Folks, and Happiest of Holiday Seasons to everyone. Today’s update will be brief to let everyone know what has come back in, and gone out for finishes, with a bit of stock status information thrown in.

Colors In, Colors Out

Speaking of color batches, we received the purple (standard and matte), lime green metallic, racing red metallic and white batches back today. The team sent out two large batches of standard red, and black for plating. Please check the tables below the article for more information. Factory Match Colors

Just a quick update on the factory match colors. We are VERY hopeful the bottleneck on those finishes will be easing up in the next couple of weeks. The Team will report on this middle of next week.

F8 Green will be the next batch coming back, and that should be towards the end of next week. The Destroyer Gray that has been out, yes late September, we should be seeing that come back in the next 10 days or so. We have Octane red out too, and will provide a revised table for you on Monday, or Tuesday, as we are adding more parts to that batch.

As soon as we can get these factory color bottlenecks ironed out we will introduce more colors. The simple fact is that our partner is overwhelmed with the high volume of parts from us, and we have more to give him, so adding more options at this point would just frustrate everyone. Please know when you do get your parts they are spot on, perfect matches to the factory paint.

Satin Catch Cans and Z Brackets

Satin catch cans we are shipping within one week of ordering, less weekends, and holiday days. If you need us to ship one out next day to you just put that in the order comments.

We have sold over 700 satin units alone in the past 17 days, and we are catching up on z brackets to go with the cans now. They starting to come off the machine today, and shipments with z brackets will resume again on Monday.

All other mounting options we are shipping them within a couple days of receipt.

Ready to Ship Status

If you see your order in “Ready to Ship” Status when you long into your account please allow a few days for us to get it out the door to you. Andrea and Kevin are working their tails off to get your pieces, cleaned, wrapped like fine china, and out the door. We have a lot of stuff shipping.

Remember satin machined products rarely make the product tables as we have stock on almost everything (except when noted), and we are continually engraving satin pieces. Satin machine finishes are still to this day our biggest sellers.

Stock Statuses

The stock status from the November 25th update and the update on December 3rd remain on point. Mid next week will recap, add, or take off, with a fresh list of what’s been replenished, and what’s out of stock. We are staying on top of things usually before we get to the point where we have to put a listing down. Of note ABS Covers are back in stock again and satin machine finishes are shipping. Colors are going out as are polish.

Holiday Delivery

Folks who requested a holiday delivery we should have everyone covered.

The only product out of those requests that will not be delivered in time will be the big coolant tank cover. We won’t be getting any to finish for at least another couple weeks.

Orders with coolant tank covers which have other items the team here will have the other items out to you in time for the holidays.

Lead Time for Final Processes

Family remember if you see your order has come back in from finish allow us 7-10 days to get any final processes buttoned up such as engraving, or assembly prior to shipping to your doorstep.
