Manufacturing Update November 25, 2019

Good afternoon family. Welcome to Thanksgiving week. We are so thankful you are here, grateful for your trust, support, and for allowing us to be part of your ownership experiences.

We have a lot of stuff that is in shipping today and into tomorrow morning from the batches of finishes that came back in here over the past 7-10 days. So be on the look out in your inboxes for those tracking details.

Matte Black is Back, Many Colors Went Out.

We received the batch of Matte Black back from plating. We also sent four batches out for color: Purple (matte and standard), White, Lime Green Metallic and Copper/Bronze (in all finish types). Please check the tables below this article for more details on those color batches.

Stock Status Updates

We have some product information to pass along on items that have run out this month, an ETA to manufacture and/or if the parts are in manufacturing now. These times to run are subject to change, but we will do all in our power to keep on schedule.

Coolant Tank Covers:
Coolant tank covers are running now, and will run all through December. We took a LOT of orders for these this month, and we suspect there will be more over the next week.

Material is staggered to come in every week to build out current business, and get product back on the shelf in satin machine finish. We will do all we can to make an effort to get the holiday requests handled, and to you, but this is the one product we just cannot guarantee for the holidays.

Those of you with that bundled the coolant tank up with other pieces on holiday requests, we will definitely be getting you the bulk of your order in time for the holidays (except factory color match items).

Uni-Strut Covers:
Uni-struts are sold out. Material will be ordered as soon as we come back from the Thanksgiving holiday break, and we hope to have these running the second week of December.

We segregated all holiday requests on this product in order of receipt, and we should have everyone accounted for that made a holiday request on this product.

Hood Shock Covers:
Hood shock covers once again a HUGE seller during the sale, the number one item for the third year running. All holiday requests have been segregated and accounted for.

We will be getting these on the lathe for manufacturing again during Christmas and New Year’s week. We are trying to move that up and we will keep everyone posted on that.

Coil Pack Covers:
Coil pack covers are also sold out. All holiday delivery requests have been segregated and we have all but a few folks accounted for.

We are notating this in the MFG Update tables (when orders go out) if your coil pack covers need manufacturing (“need mfg” Will be in the Notes Column). We will run these also during the Christmas / New Years week again.

Hellcat Oil Dipsticks:
Hellcat Oil Dipsticks also sold out. Material will be here early the first week of December, and we should be getting them on for manufacturing later in that week. If something changes will be sure to let you know.

Hellcat Water Necks:
Hellcat thermostat housings (water necks) also sold out this month. All holiday orders are accounted for, and have been segregated so we can get those folks with holiday delivery requests shipped in time.

We will order material the second week of December, and schedule a time to manufacture after we have material in house. We are shooting for a late December run on the next rounds.

Brake Fluid Caps:
Brake fluid caps also sold out this month. All holiday orders are accounted for, and have been segregated so we can get those folks with holiday delivery request shipped. The next mfg run will be in mid December. We have material here already.

Sigma Series A/C Port Cap Covers:
Sigma Series Low and High Pressure A/C Port cap covers sold out this month too. All holiday requests have been segregated so we can get those folks with holiday delivery requests shipping. The next mfg run will also be in mid December, and material is here.

Valve Covers:
These will run again in the first quarter of 2020. This will be the last run on this product, and we will retire them back to the BT Vault. Material will be ordered in late December. We currently have 21 orders in the pipe.

Satin Catch Cans:
Satin catch cans from the sale are all shipped (individual stand alone orders). All orders coming in currently are shipping within 3-5 days or even sooner.

Everything Else:
We are in good shape product wise as of today as we planned ahead for the holiday season better than anytime in BT’s history. Last year we had a myriad of issues with machinery down, and the new machine being a lemon, that really hit us hard in production post sale.

This year we have no such issues. The team is making chips from 5:00 A.M. EST until well past 9:00 P.M. Monday through Friday. After the Thanksgiving break we will be increasing machine time, and moving to six days per week to get the orders filled.

Holiday Delivery & Color Matched Finishes

Color matched items (factory finishes in octane red, redline red, F8 Green, Jazz Blue and Destroyer Grey) we cannot promise a holiday delivery. Please allow up to six weeks, or even longer, from the time you order until we can ship those items to you.

We are doing all we can to improve those lead-times by working with our supplier partner. Once we get through this we will introduce more factory finishes, BUT NOT BEFORE we are assured we can get delivery improved.

Thanksgiving Schedule

Family please keep in mind this week is a short week.

Our supplier partners will be stopping operations for the week at the close of business on November, 26th and operations will resume again Monday, December 2nd.

Essentially we are loosing a week here so keep this in mind.

On Monday the 2nd, we will be loading up our vendor partners with even more parts to be finished, and you will see many MFG Updates posted all through December.

Your BT Team will also be breaking for the Thanksgiving Holiday tomorrow (November 26th) at noon.

We will have folks in the shop (shop only, no phones) on Friday and Saturday making parts. Phones will not be live again until December 2nd.

Holiday Delivery Request

Remember if you have a holiday delivery request and you have not notified us yet, please get those in to us by close of business on December 2nd. Anything after we cannot promise but will do all we can. Satin machine finished items we should be good to go through the second week of December on those requests.
