Manufacturing Update January 10, 2024

Good afternoon everyone. Happy New Year. Welcome to 2024 and two decades of The Billet Technology Brand. Just like that it seems like yesterday and here we are entering our 20th year as a brand. Thank you all so very much for the continued support and trust you place in our team and for always making us look so good.

Colors Out and In

As we start the new year out we have sent quite a bit of stuff out for finishes from the holiday season and will continue to do so all month long. Lots and lots of coolant tank covers and fuse box covers are headed either out on the batches that went out over the past couple of days.

All the old coolant tank orders and there are a bunch of old orders are either in final engravings now, at colors, or getting ready to go to colors. Same with the fuse box covers as we have stock in satin machine blanks now for both of these items on the shelf ready to go.

Since the last update we have sent out batches of Blue/Matte Blue, Purple/Matte Purple, Matte Black anodize and Yellow powder coat. We have also Received the batch of Black anodize from 12/20/23 back in, along with the batch of Purple/Matte Purple above. Some of the Plum Crazy Purple batch is back in and we are working to finish orders that have engravings up within the next week to 10 days.

Nov & Dec Custom Orders

We have a lot of custom orders that came in during November and December. PLEASE when Nick Billet sends you your rendering please get in touch with him immediately. This means we ready to begin finalizing your order.

As with our color process we engrave products in batches so respond as soon as you can so you can be sure to be in the most current batch of engravings.

If you have any questions about your artwork or order when Nick contacts you, be sure to ask him while you go over your final renderings.

Inventory Statuses

We are sold out on the following products:

Washer Fluid Caps (all years)

We sold a bunch over the holidays and will be manufacturing both the older style (05-10) and what we call the current style (11 to present) caps this month. Probably looking at the week of January 22nd to start.

ABS Covers

These sold out just before Christmas. Next manufacturing run will be early February. We will try to get them on sooner if we can.

6.1 Oil Caps

During the holiday season we saw a big surge is sales for the first generation LX Chargers, Magnums and 300’s. This is where we started and we will always support those model years.

With that said yes we sold over 70 6.1 Oil caps so we are sold out there for now. We are scheduled to make another batch in early February again. We have most orders covered that need the 6.1L style oil caps.

Radiator Caps

Radiator Cap covers are sold out also. We have material here and will get those on the week of January 22nd.

SC Coolant Caps (Trackhawks, Ram TRX & Hellcat Durango)

The Super Charger Coolant Caps for the Trackhawks, Ram TRX and Hellcat Durango sold out during Christmas week. Material will be ordered the week of January 22nd to replenish inventory and fill any back orders that did not ship in satin or make it in to the recent color batches.

PCV Covers

PCV Covers all years all styles are sold out. We will be running another batch for both styles again in early February. This will be the last run for the 05-10 model years and we are only making a handful basically to fill the holiday business and than thats it. Once the last one sells when we restock you will not longer be able to order that style so please call in if you have any questions.

Water Necks

5.7, 6.1 and 6.4L water necks sold out right before Christmas. Material is ordered and we will begin manufacturing the week of January 22nd. Satin machine finish should start to ship later that week or early the week of January 29th.

HC Water Necks

Hellcat Charger and Challenger as well as TRX, Trackhawk and Hellcat Durango Water Necks also sold out over the holidays. Material is ordered and these will go on immediately after we finish manufacturing the 5.7, 6.1 and 392 water necks. Delivery will start again the first week of February.

Coil Pack Covers

We have many of the orders from the holidays accounted or and we will replenish our inventory in early February. We are currently engraving still on many of these sets. Call in to us if you need an update.

Satin Catch Cans

We have plenty of stock. We sold out of z brackets over the New Years Holiday weekend so there will be delay of approximately 2 weeks to ship your z bracket satin catch can to you. Colors should remain on lead-time.
